ATR-258 is an experimental, first-in-class oral drug being developed by the biotech company Atrogi AB. Designed to act as an "exercise in a pill," it targets the β2-adrenergic receptor ( β2-AR) to stimulate muscle glucose uptake, promote fat loss, and preserve lean muscle mass.

Hard to have an opinion when it's just in its infancy with no randomized human control trials, just a couple of referenced studies showing an increase insulin sensitivity for diabetics. There are so many of these new/startup compounds its wait and see.
