I have the basics when it comes to equipment, kettlebell handles , dumbbells , barbell , walking pad , ez curl , resistance bands and walking pad .
I use AI. I'll ask it to rate my physique and what's changed since Feb and throw in my measurements.
I ask what muscles are hit different doing ez curl bar on 10° incline or doing kettlebell rack pulls on 10° incline , farmers walks with thumbs in vs thumbs out ( I just stand on the waking pad as it's inclined to do some lifts )
The question is do you guys trust ai to answer these questions or am I overly trusting?
