I have the basics when it comes to equipment, kettlebell handles , dumbbells , barbell , walking pad , ez curl , resistance bands and walking pad .

I use AI. I'll ask it to rate my physique and what's changed since Feb and throw in my measurements.

I ask what muscles are hit different doing ez curl bar on 10° incline or doing kettlebell rack pulls on 10° incline , farmers walks with thumbs in vs thumbs out ( I just stand on the waking pad as it's inclined to do some lifts )

The question is do you guys trust ai to answer these questions or am I overly trusting?

I think the way youre using it is ok. Simple science/anatomy based questions that have a definitive answer should be fine... But not the guys who use it for compound choice, side effect profiles, or cycle advice. They are basically using it as a stand in coach, and are making a mistake. Theres no AI replacement for coaches with decades of experience. It just gives you the most common answer it can find on the topic. Fine for advice on exercise or lift techniques, not fine for advice on AAS. Just my opinion.

I'll agree with that . I'm just trying to get yoked with the little bit of stuff I do have

A man can do ALOT with very little brother, if they want it bad enough. I started my home gym the same way...built it little by little. Now I have all I need.

A buddy of mine was in the 75th ranger regiment and told me about some of the brutal workouts they would do on deployment with just about nothing. You can absolutely get a great workout in with basic equipment

2022 I was 300
2025 I was 156 at my lowest
Now I'm 185-190

I look way better. I don't have a 6 pack or anything but I'm working on pure size and strength. Been hitting farmers walks, rack pulls ex curls and rows . Tryin to even out some muscle imbalances but overall I'm happy with what I'm doing and the results.
Shirt sleeves are getting tighter , chest of shirt is getting tighter . Waist went up one inch . Can't have it all can we ?

AI has its uses...I use it for just logging my daily BP/FBS. Definitely do NOT use it for cycle advice. It will mostly agree with whatever you throw at it unless it's radically insane. It doesnt see the whole picture either only what you tell it. No replacement for a coach.

That being said. Using it for nutrition and training advice can be useful if taken with a grain of salt.
