I get that most aren’t gonna give out their entire regiment, and what they took, but some like rich piana did give us his 1 year cycle, so we can atleast gauge what he took, Derek of more plates more dates does give out of gear cycles and stacks from the golden era guys like Pete who had no reason to lie since in his time it was legal and was common talk of what others are taking.

So just asking around some of the bodybuilder enthusiasts who are more adverse in knowledge and wisdom on the pros and old Gs of the sport.

Is there any source validility to your claim of his anadrol? Pete said he took 10,000 mg a day of gear, and has a snippet of 1500 bottles of anavar as his yearly stacks and cycles, that seems crazy but if true, it can be replicated, the whole thing with gear is, if you take the same amount as them you’ll get the same results, ie of course we’re factoring in the food dieting and working out for the same amount of quantum and volume as well.
