Man for the last three weeks with the weather being all fucked between 90+ to 60. Sunny and hot to cold and rainy. I have been off on sick.

Three weeks ago, it was bodyaches and a fever.

Two weeks ago, scratchy throat

Last week, congestion and sinus issues.

This week it’s been asthma and tons of phlegm. Close to bronchitis, but not quite.

Normally, the weather change just has me sick as a dog for 23 days and then I get my asthma for a week and we’re good. This time it’s just been one slow shift after another and it’s pissing me the fuck off.

Maybe I’m just cranky cause I haven’t been able to train very consistently the last week and a half but man I’m just not having a good time. Keeping protein up, but feeling small as fuck.

Not sure how anyone else feels but before the pandemic I rarely ever got sick. After the world shut down I’ve been getting sick in ways I have never experienced in my life.

The last month I’ve been recovering from a respiratory infection (sinus infection that made its way into my lungs.)

Went to the doctor and they told me they can’t keep up with all of these covid mutations anymore. The flu basically no longer exists because the mutations are much more infectious. People are getting sick in all different sorts of new ways that Doctors don’t really know how to treat.

I CANT HIT PRS WHEN I GOT THE BLACK LUNG, DAMMIT!

I'm near the gulf. It's been high 80s mostly with a few low 70s . It throws me off because outside it's like 60% humidity then at work it's like 14% . Last week I had a real bad cold . Missed the entire week of work .
