So I’ve been looking for a good pre-workout to grab and I might pick this up! I was using a Tren base but that was a little much for me 😂

I’ved used separate at 25, 50mg each and had mega results with each. I don’t have a favorite except A-50 precontest or photoshoot on low kcals . In able to keep the water intramuscular (it’s a lot of trickery though with manipulation/timng)

I've never used any product like this before. Can someone chime in as to how long before your workout you'd want to pin, how often you'd use it before a workout, is it better to use it 5-7 times a week for several weeks or as needed for heavy days?

I would use it on heavy days… that’s just me personally. Lagging body parts or really heavy leg days… just for that extra blast you might need. I use it roughly 1.5 hours before the gym because it’s an oil base and not a water base. Water base seems to kick in a lot faster.

I'd use it everyday (1/2cc) 2x pd to get the absolute most out of it.

A lot of people just do one shot 60-90 pwo.

If you could somehow take a shot 60-90 minutes pwo and take another shot 6-8 hours later, that would be ideal.

Then theres also the pwo only or pwo only on heavy days, maybe where you're hitting 80-90% of your 1rm in the 2-5 rep range.

There are many approaches.
