Hi everyone!
New to this and want to optimize as much as possible.
I am 32, 5’9 and weigh 285. 20” arms (pumped), 38” waist, and a massive chest. Body fat most likely in the 20-25% range (guessing based on definition)
I trained like my life depended on it from the time I was 16 to 24 naturally, ate well, no alcohol, low sugar, etc. When I started at 16 I weighed 170, when I was 24 I weighed 225-230 at 8% with a 34” waist. Went to school, had kids, lost the gym.
I really started packing on the fat after 26 and thought it was an eating issue until I fixed that and was still smooth and heavy. At 29 I had labs ran, and my T was 148. Had a few more, but average is below 200. So yeah definitely need to take test.
My workouts are focused hell basically, 20-30 mins of cardio, followed by core training for 10 minutes, and then another 45 minutes of heavy lifting 4-8 exercises, 4 sets each with group dependent ranges.
I burn on a non training day about 3500 cals, on a training day around 5000 cals. Training on average 4 times a week
caloric Intake varies but is usually under whatever I burn, consisting of rice, grits, eggs, chicken, turkey, beef, etc. I do have a nasty weakness for “healthy” cereal and milk ( sometimes I wake up because I am freaking starving, that’s my go to). Protein intake over 300 grams.
So with all of this being said, how should I start? I would like to try a test/tren ace combo, but would like some feedback first.
Thanks all,
Looking forward to your comments.
