I'm changing my leg WO up a little bit and threw in some cable adductor work. I've never done this exercise before, so I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong. I'm feeling the burn in my groin instead of lower down. Is this right, or am I off somewhere? Thx.

For new exercises I always start out very light for the first several workouts to get the form down. I have seen alot of kids, including me at times, jump on something new where form is off or weight is too high and other muscles are trying to compensate and your not hitting the muscle your aiming for. I start light and contract that muscle at the top of the rap and hold for a second before release. Makes sure for me im hitting my target muscle.

Hahahaha! You never know what's going on in the dungeon I call my gym :) Gotta keep things fresh! Maybe I'll toss on some leggings while I'm at it and dig out my old VCR to watch Ol' Jane doing her thing.

I tried that once and thought I cut my giggleberries off with my quads.
Most definitely a nut smasher for an exercise.
