That depends really, some guy start off at 10mg just to see how they feel and slowly work your way up to 20 or 30.. in my opinion you really don't need much, because the more you take the results aren't any greater and you start to feel a bit lethargic and B12 would be absolute mandatory..20mg off the bat is what I run, 30mg last week..4-5 weeks, anything after that the returns begin to diminish and you're not any greater plus by this point I start to feel a bit lethargic... Sublingual B12 complex is mandatory in my opinion, it would help keep up the energy throughout the day.. the best growth in the shortest span that I've ever experienced was from MT1..

What’s your plan with the trest V I’m sure time frame is up in the air at the moment depending on how you work with it but what’s the starting dose looking like?
