Just for whoever needs to here this.

If your struggling with getting to the gym or doing the cardio or staying on your diet.
Ya its hard sometimes but not as hard as dealing with the regret of not getting it done.

The feeling of accomplishment at the end is a better feeling than regret and disappointment.

I started doing fasted cardio every morning besides Thursday and doing that first thing sets my day.
It sets my attitude. It puts me in a better frame of mind, I'm more positive the list goes on and on.

When I don't feel like it I remind myself that the feeling of accomplishment at the end is going to be the icing on the cake and it motivates me enough to get it done

Missed Saturday morning cardio but did the evening cardio.
Just got done with todays morning cardio!

Just struggling to get out of bed and get going.

Going to smash legs today and I'm going to do evening cardio tomorrow to make up for my cardio I missed Tuesday morning.

Having ridiculous carb cravings before bed and in the middle of the night. Like straight drug withdrawals lol.
 
EQ is definitely my favorite anabolic at this time, I can keep going, it's wild. I destroyed my shoulders and triceps with machine presses/dips/muscle ups/lat raises. I hit Chest for 5 sets of 80x15/85/15/90x10/95x12, I literally had more in me. I want this bird chest TO FUCKING GROW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Check your BP regularly, EQ raises my rbc so much it skyrockets my blood pressure.

U might wanna supplement nattokinase to help keep that blood from turning into ketchup.
 
If I don't go to the gym before work at 5:30 am. I'll never go after work. To many people there talking to each other and on the cell phone. I don't get it just go home and talk.

It's been brutal getting back into the gym after those 6 days off. But just going is half the battle and getting the whole workout done is another battle.

Gained 16lbs in those 6 days I took off from the gym and dieting🤣
206 to 222. Currently at 216 like when I started leaning out. Smh.

Been absolutely lethargic and have no motivation but I'm getting back into it.

Baby steps.

Been getting tired and out of breath from that water weight I gained. But strength went up some lifts. Knees and lower back feel so much better for now.

I really respect checking in and being accountable to yourself. You don't have to in any way, but I think it would be awesome feedback for some people in here for what was your mental state during those 6 days and 16lbs weight gain. Was it totally going off the rails and saying f it? Or just one meal leading another? Stress? Comfort? I find this fascinating and happens to MANY people. As a coach I always take the opportunity to ask this question as the mental aspect as we all know is the real trigger.
 
So after about 4 weeks or 5 into leaning out my knee started being a bum again so I said time to take a few days off. All my joints had been acting up.

I had been having super huger cravings and midnight hungers lol

A little re feed the body and rest for 5 days idea. That turned into "meh fuck it" and I ate more and crappier than I should of.

I kinda stripped my diet down a little faster than I should of in those 4-5 weeks and my body responds hard.
216lb 21%bf to 206lb 12.5%bf more like 16 or higher 🤷🏻 To 222lbs bf% ?

Already back down to 216.

Back on track with it all. Added a tiny amount of carbs back in to diet.
 
Back at it gym wise. Haven't worked cardio back in yet. Also been fighting horrible bouts of nausea 🤷🏻 I don't throw up. Just watering mouth and the feeling.

Down to 213 from 222lbs and feeling better wind wise. Little behind on blood work so going to set up a appointment the coming week.

Life and people have been poking this bear, and my reactions have been so polite and proper. Definitely proud of my self 💪🏻
