Yes there is some tools you can use, you can use a second opinion which would be a second set of eyes.. hire a coach! I'm serious..

Weekly progress pics, them knowing your diet, them having an outline of what they are adding and subtracting, watching what your body is doing, and listening to your updates and keeping their own journal of where you came from, where you're heading and where you can potentially be going.. It's hard to do this alone, having someone in your corner keep you committed an obligated.. There's going to be days you don't feel like showing up, but you know in the back of your mind you don't want to let them down so you show up..

Coaches even have coaches, pros have multiple coaches.. having a coach isn't a weakness, it's a fucking strength.. strength is in numbers..
 

My fitness plan , macro factor. Using the latter, and weigh everything I eat in grams. Both of these programs even scan bar codes for nutritional data.

I have dropped weight on cardio and diet alone back in 2022 btw. I just stumbled the year after and that was all natural not on anything. Went from 240 down to 225, but like I said I fucked up and went back to 240

You are fucking killing it already. Be patient and keep it up man, it's a marathon not a sprint.
 
You are making great progress sir. Keep pushing. Beyond what Vision has already explained to you (I agree 110% with everything he said) also think about this. If you deploy all these tools now then what are you going to do when you get down to say that last 10 pounds that you want gone and you get stuck. You already pulled all the tools out of your tool box so you don`t have a lot of options available to you at that point.

Wait till you NEED these tools.

Lastly, I would highly suggest you get a coach. Best choice I`ve ever made in regards to my fitness goals was getting a coach.
 
Let's just entertain the idea that you are sitting at 23%, this is going off of just what you're saying.
If it sheds off just a few pounds, that's something you could easily do with fasted cardio.
You're wasting your time.
I wish I was in a position where I could show you where fasted cardio, and peeling down is noticeable with very, very, and very little drugs. And I'm not joking.
Once the fluff is removed, that's when you can consider tampering with some "tools".. But using drugs to get there isn't going to cut it.

You have to put in the time, not the drugs.. How are you going to learn what your sensitivities are and what adjustments to make and when?

You would be amazed of what dedication, consistency and mother fucking discipline could do. Literally 4 weeks, 4 fucking weeks of discipline.. If you can do 4 fucking weeks of fasted cardio and legitimately be committed and disciplined at the same time disciplined in the kitchen.. you'll realize that you never needed the drugs to begin with..

I see the point you're trying to make, it's fair enough but this is a bit different compared to - "can I drink my winny"?..

Brother I’m super glad you seem to be actually listening to @Vision and not just blowing off what he’s saying and just jump on drugs trying to make things easy. So many other guys do that and it’s really a shame because he’s giving you some top notch advice and just so you’re aware the dude knows his shit. I’ve never seen him give bad info to anyone. Take what he’s telling you and apply it. I can promise you the extra time and effort spent will be well worth it in the end.

I dont want people to search the term "the best source," but at least go as far as to look at the amount of threads/posts in the source's subforum....THAT alone will tell you a bit about popularity and how long theyve been around.

if you cant even get shredded naturally you shouldn't be anywhere near gear... honestly

Op -

Good job losing the weight you have.

You shouldn't be touching AAS yet imo.

I would suggest going to your Dr and having a hormone panel ran. Have a comprehensive panel ran including thyroid, estrogen and testosterone.

I would guess some of if not all of your tsh, t3, t4, free t3 are low. If that's the case, having thyroid medication prescribed by your Dr is ideal.

Same goes for testosterone.

The hard truth, even if those values are low, you can still lose the weight you want, it'll just be harder. The weight didn't go on in a couple months, I expect it was gained over the period of years so, you should expect similar time (less if you dig in) to lose the weight.

Throwing peds at the issue will help speed the process up, even if you half ass watch your diet and training. Nobody can say other wise but, you will set yourself up to gain all of this weight back when you discontinue the drugs from either more bad eating habits, no activity or, metabolic damage you can cause from both the drugs AND over dieting.

I've been where you are. If you're like me, it takes a lifestyle change FOREVER to keep the weight off. It sucks but, that's what it takes.

They all about the same shit, they are good until they are not. Eventually, you'll seek other places for new sources.
