Yes there is some tools you can use, you can use a second opinion which would be a second set of eyes.. hire a coach! I'm serious..You’re right. I’ll get that diet in check. Is there any tools you would suggest? Like iOS? To track and make it easier? I used to use Lose It not sure if there’s something better

Weekly progress pics, them knowing your diet, them having an outline of what they are adding and subtracting, watching what your body is doing, and listening to your updates and keeping their own journal of where you came from, where you're heading and where you can potentially be going.. It's hard to do this alone, having someone in your corner keep you committed an obligated.. There's going to be days you don't feel like showing up, but you know in the back of your mind you don't want to let them down so you show up..
Coaches even have coaches, pros have multiple coaches.. having a coach isn't a weakness, it's a fucking strength.. strength is in numbers..
