Well as always, I got everything but the kitchen sink to battle this sickness that's been lingering.

I may ask for your expertise when the time comes for my first run, do you think it's best utilised in a growth phase due to the strength increase? My current thinking is to use it as a finisher to my planned blast.

YK is so versatile you can bulk or cut on it... Personally I like it in a Cut because its a dry compound but Ive used it both ways with great results!
