50yo Needs perspectives on Cycle

HGH update.

19 days into HGH at 2iu every night around 2200 +/-, at least 2 hours after the last meal.
Three nights ago decided to test a higher dose and did 2.66 iu (.66 because im using a pen that does .33 iu per click). That night had a light sleep compared to previous nights. The following night I did the same higher dose 2.66IU and had a lighter and intermittent sleep. Not great. Water retention was high in the morning and did a workout where I felt strong and could push reps but somewhat flat muscles and felt lethargic for the rest of the day.
Last night, night 3, decided to go back to original 2 iu dose cause I felt I wasn't ready for the increase yet, went to bed by 2300 and woke up at 0400 with my left hand tingling, like crazy. I figured it was CTS. It only lasted for about 10 minutes +/- , but an intense one, strange feeling. I figured its a combination of probably sleeping in a on in a weird position plus the water retention plus the CTS.
Wondering if I lower the dose to 1iu tonight and for the next days or even take a break. Any thoughts/ ideas?

Lower the dose for a few days then up it once water retention and any tingling disappear. That’s what I have done. I’ve settled at 3.5 in a night the last month and no issues. I’ll bump to 4 next month and see as I’m 5 months in and intend to run this alongside my hrt indefinitely as long as my bloodwork and physician are guiding it which it has.

Honestly, not everyone responds well to GH taken before bed and you are taking quite a low dose, even for long term health benefits.

Water retention, joint issues (carpal tunnel feeling), shitty sleep, and a few other common ones seem to be more common in those that try and dose before bed, but can also happen with fasted morning dosing.

Clearly, you will get all kinds of advice, but based on what you’re describing, I would drop the GH all together (like stated above) and if you need a number, 7-14 days of not dosing, which will should be more than enough time to push out the fluid retention in your body, as well as the tingling, etc. Then, ween back into it at 2iu doses fasted in morning and try that for a bit to see how your body, sleep, etc. respond. If all goes well after about 3 weeks, you should be able to titrate up to 3iu fasted in morning and just stick with mornings. If you’re doing at your age for mostly health benefits, then 3-4iu should be sufficient.

Hey all. Just got recent bloodwork done. Ive attached the spreadsheet im copying into. You can see bloodwork from May.

Ive basically shifted over to trt a month ago and now doing 60mg +/- E3D. I dont have the steep ups and downs and sweats and my mood is more regulated. Less water retention. I had to slow down in the gym doing to lower back stresses and some travels so I havent been as bulky but results are there abd visible.
Ive now been in Hgh for 2 months with a week off when the tingling started, on 2iu mostly until a week ago I bumped it up to just under 3iu and been steady.
Im definitely dropping fat percentage, visible at waistline and abs. So something is working.
I generally feel great, I just need to constantly balance my workouts so as not to strain or injure myself when I get too excited. Libido has steadily improved.

In the latest bloodworks from this week LDL is still high but steady, HDL has surprisingly improved and highest in months. Testosterone is at lowest but the E2 is crazy high. I had taken my first try on Anavar 10mg the day prior to testing so unsure if related to the high E2.
I stopped Arimidex a while ago, since started trt, and hadnt felt the need for it. I dont like it. I did take after seeing the tests .25mg but it messed me up and was tired and lethargic the next day and fogged up.

Not sure how to go about this. Maybe do another E2 test soon to check results?

Appreciate any insight. Hope I didnt miss anything crucial relevant to the context.

Cheers

ApoB results are 136
LDL 184

Any experience on here if these are alarming numbers?
Those numbers are very concerning, but of course, I'm not an expert. For some perspective, my ApoB is 60 and my LDL is 70. While my HDL is at 32, and too low, the ratios are good. My PWO Anavar at 10mg is the likely culprit for the low HDL. I take 10mg of Cardarine and I'm on Retatrutide, both of which have been shown to improve lipid panels.
