3200 ng/ml total T, 140 pg/ml E2. Any thoughts about course of action here?

Im 5 weeks into my test e cycle of 360mg/week.
Did my first bloodwork today and the tests came back with 3200 T and 140 E2

I don't feel any high e2 side effects. my nipples and penis are fine. havent checked my bp

Any advice about what to do with my e2. I did panic a bit and ate 0.5mg of arimidex but at second thought i think i should have just let it be.

If u feel fine, id leave it be. If you insist .25 adex 2x per week will get it in range id say

This is actually totally perfectly normal for your levels to be this elevated, most especially if your total is that high.
When one level goes up, considerably so will others.
We can't expect to take extogenous testosterone and have it that high, which is supraphysiologically in the dosage is compared to the norm, while at the same time having a lower or normal estrogen level.

Your body is bouncing out.

If you do not feel any estrogen side effects, don't stress it, just because numbers are that high doesn't always mean we have to address it.

But my next question would be, what was your free test, and by chance did you get your SHBG pulled as well?

The reason I'm asking, Just want to get an idea to see how much testosterone is actually working for you at this moment with this snapshot.

Just make sure to not overdo it with Arimadex. It can crush your estrogen, leaving you feeling almost sick and tired all the time.

Always remember, it's better to have your estrogen a little higher instead of lower. You need Estrogen to grow.

I prefer Aromasin, as it's never crushed my estrogen and is way less likely to.

Same here man, I prefer aromasin these days, my doctor prescribes it.. once upon a time I swore by adex.
Not entirely sure if the drug was that harsh for me, or if my body just changed, but after a while I wasn't doing too well on it.
Pharmaceutical grade adex will knock your dick in the dirt.

My free t right now is 11,7. i am on my way to the gym right now so i don't remember the measurement unit. But the normal range indicated next to it was 1,5-5. So its more than double than the normal high range

Yeah you're right man. Yesterday i did use half of adex, and today i don't feel any difference if anything i'm even more horny so maybe with a few less e2 im still ok. But im probably not using it again unless i feel some sides. Then ill do 0.25 once or twice a week

It takes a little while for anti-estrogens to work, but unless you already have it pre-employed, that's a different story.

For the short term i would not stress. But i wouldn't leave my E2 levels there long term. The studies i have seen show it to be less then healthy.
