Friday I hit legs and yesterday was an off day with a cheat meal.
My daughter came over for dinner and I fixed ribs, beans, potatoes, salad and cheese biscuits.
Hit upper body today after fasted
cardio. Did 30 minutes on treadmill 4mph@10%.
One more week until the wife gets home.
Still feeling good. No negative sides noted.
The test, mast and NPP are all very smooth. When I pin all 3 I do the 3 mls all at once. No pip other than the normal pain that usually comes with putting 3 mls in your hip. It works out in a short time.
When I pin the NPP mid week I use a slin pin and rotate quads. Still goes smoothly
And does cause a slight discomfort the next day but I figure as soon as my body acclimates to the pinning in that location it will subside.
I know I’m a little impatient but I feel like I’m not dropping fat quick enough. Of course I’m only 3 weeks in at this point.
I’ll be patient.
Most of my lifts have increased some only by 5 lbs. but it’s progress.
