First anybody be that has been following my thread please understand that the dosage rates used on my Clen and my T3 is ere not directed or endorsed by Max.
Max gave me a range of dosages and did want to see how the Clen worked for me on bursts of 2 days on 1 day off. The dosages were all me. I have taken any and all constructive criticism into account and I would have to agree that the dosage were high. I think that part of it, as some of you might be able to associate with, is the fact that I have at some level, “Body Dysmorphia” I never really thought about it until now. When I look in the mirror I still see a “FatBoy”. Like in the attached picture.
Anyway. As suggested I am dropping my Clen to 40mcg 2 days on Monday day off and I am going to drop my T3 to 12.5 mcg and see if here that takes me. I really appreciate Mont go and Killions input and value both of their opinions. That’s one of the reasons I live this forum. These guys know when to say something and they don’t do it just to “Flame” a guy. It’s because they do care and that means a lot. Thanks guys.

Got a little off track this past week.
Cleaning the house and grocery shopping, trying to get everything back in order for the wife’s return. She got home Sunday night around 9:00 pm and I didn’t get to sleep until 1:00am a wake at 4:30 on Monday but she kept me busy enough that I didn’t get a workout in. Not in the conventional sense anyway. Hips hurt so bad this morning that I decided to use today as an off day and get back to my workout routine tomorrow.
So tomorrow I’ll hit upper body and go from there. So freaking glad to have the wife home. I’ll post some week 5 updated pics tomorrow as well.

Nice ! Have fun! Hopefully it’s nice weather out there; should be warmer than most ; my friends are hitting Key West ; they just told me the other day. I can’t go but would like to. Marathon for Fishing is Awesome. I can pass Key West - to odd a mix down there. Then my best friend calls and he decided not to hit Key West cuz they couldn’t book in Marathon so; he booked 5 star (adult only) All inclusive in Cancun. I’ve been to party on Spring Break but ; he is 26 and taking his wife (who happens to be my ex girlfriend from High school, lol. I would have asked if they are going to one of those sex Resorts in Jamaica (people are all over you ..predatory almost) . I worked at one for 2 weeks . He never mentions her when we talk; plus he never visits me with her ; just him . Never asks me to come out (they moved to Arkansas). I’m wondering if they are swingers; he was a senior when I was 9th grader(looked older) but we used to double team chicks .
What’s weird is; he dated my other ex after we broke up(kinda breaking bro code) . So check this : He is literally my best friend (known him since 7th grade). Funny how we became friends ; he was a new kid(from bad area) and had a mouth on him; first day he just was a shit talker and stared me down like he wast scared one bit; then says; “See you outside big man!”
Im literally thinking ; this kid must be mental! I l was a competitive boxer & played on the top Premier Rugby Team(there is no possible way he couldn’t have known) So He went to the courts right away all ready; I finished my lunches ; made him wait about 10 min, of course the entire 1st lunch walks out to watch (massive school) even the officers went to watch . I just threw one Jab lightning quick and his brow split open, blood just poured out so fast it looked like a murder happened and I instantly felt so bad, grabbed him , saying how sorry I was (It was just a pop shot ; not even hard. The officers smiled and walked away ; well he wouldn’t talk or confirm if he was okay . So im walking to the office nurse (I did feel bad but ; I also was telling him ; “you caught a Elbow playing Ball at lunch” even after he took his beating; he didnt narc on me , but walking him to the office he was silent ; the blood from his eye had covered him all over (im shitting bricks) finally says “Good Punch Dick!” made a half smile - cracked me up cuz he was hilarious! I didn’t realize that his dad was a mean Half Indian(Native American) alcoholic, (no wonder he wasn’t scared to fight ) . Anyway : I was dating my ex (the only girlfriend I’ve had ) along w 4 other girls; one took me to Hawaii 5 days fully paid for: to her cousins wedding) this was years later of course. I tell all my buddies - “you tell em all im w/ my cousin “ and make sure ,no matter what . I didn’t even like the girl I went with but wanted to go to Hawaii ended up ditching her a day early when she flipped out on me “I didn’t come home the 3rd night after going to a some chicks hotel. So he calls (sounds nervous) “I’ll pick u up from the airport “ and when I stroll out ; he’s standing with (his now wife) who was one of my girls i was sleeping with , holding hands , faces all serious and are basically explaining to me “that they are together now and are serious, “wanted to do the right thing by telling me in person “. I congratulated them and am thinking “ my friend knows im literally fucking 5 girls AND, just got off a plane where i was with another girl “. I knew in my heart he totally told her , that wasn’t cool but , I could tell they had something “like true love” so I didn’t get mad . Turns out they were cuz they are married . Two of my friends are w my ex’s (they don’t work out anymore ; visit often w/o their wives . Idiots !

It’s funny ; the way I pack vs my ex or current . A weekend is a suitcase and full purse with sports bag . Mine is all in carry on roller w leather shoulder bag for electronics/paper work/anything biz related . A week Vacation; they may as well bring a damn Trunk set ! Lol

Some changes to diet for the next couple weeks. Dropping over all caloric intake, decreasing carbs and fats with a slight increase in proteins. Workout will remain the same except that I will have shorter intervals between sets. Looking to shave off a little more fat before I head to Florida the end of the month. I probably already look better than 99.6% of the managers that will be going on this business trip but I’m my own worst critic. I still see the fat boy.

I can definitely tell I’ve reduced my calories but all in all I power through my workouts, work and sleep well at night.

Good to have ya here brother. Yeah I got back to it the start of January. Just trying to cut a little more fat right now. Leave for a 4 day business trip to Florida in about a week and then when I get back it will be balls to the walls let’s put on some weight and size mode.

Work has been just crazy busy. Still working on my QC program. Hit a glitch the other day and it wiped out around 250 mixes that I had to redevelop. But back on ya rack and the glitch is fixed. 5 days till I head to Florida. It is not getting here quick enough.

Work has been just crazy busy. Still working on my QC program. Hit a glitch the other day and it wiped out around 250 mixes that I had to redevelop. But back on ya rack and the glitch is fixed. 5 days till I head to Florida. It is not getting here quick enough.

Workout, meals are going good. Feeling a little run down but I think it’s the lower caloric intake. Just a few mor days of the decreased calories. I head out on business on Monday and will be returning home on the 5th so on the 6th I will go back to higher calories with a higher, much higher level of carbs. If the workouts are going to change I will let you know.

Today is an off day so I’ll hit cardio: Treadmill 45 min 10%@4 mph and do abs., yoga.

So I’m coming up on the end of my first 8 weeks. I think I’ve made some good progress but still have a ways to go. My diet has been on point and workouts have been going well. Definitely have gone up on almost all my lifts. My mind still tells me I’m fat and that’s still what I see when I look in the mirror but I know it’s just a mind thing. I look so much better now than I did in my late 30’s and early 40’s.
Going to be off diet next week while I’m out of town for a business trip “ not all work though” but I’ll try to keep the workouts going to some extent.

Yesterday was lower body. Good work out.
Once a gain in sitting in class the rest of this week and that was a Biach! Had the occasional ham cramp when I’d stretch or sometimes just from pushing my chair back. Good workout any way. I’ll try to increase my water intake and see if that helps. Today I’d an off day so I’m just going to hit cardio for an hour hour and a half ado a few stretches and call it good.

Back to upper body today. Feeling good. I have noticed some increased aggression and a shorter temper since staring the Dbol and Tren. I don’t think the tren has built up enough yet so I contribute it to the dbol. I’ve only been running it for 6-7 days and I am already seeing Increased size on my biceps especially. I love dbol. Naps gear/Geneza Pharm DBol has never, ever let me down. And I know that the pumps I get with it are pretty insane but I love t.

Couldn’t sleep beyond 1:00 am so I decided to hit the gym early. Running lower body today.

Deep Barbell Squats-230-250-260-270
45 degree Leg Press -230/250/260/275
Hack Squats/StiffLegged Deadlift*-155/165/175/185
Lying Leg Curls 60/70/75/80
Dumbbell Lunges-25’s
Standing Calf Raises (can be done with Barbell in Cage off blocks)250x4 sets
Seated Calf Raises 50/60/70/80
Burnout-Leg Extensions to Failure-80x5 to failure
45 min cardio on treadmill 4.5mph15 minutes @6% &15 minutes @10%.


Gear:
Test 600/wk
Tren 400/wk
Mast 400/wk
DBol 50/day. Only going to run the dbol another 2 days. That will put me at 2 weeks on it. Put on about 11 lbs. I’m sure a lot is water weight. We will see after I take a couple weeks off of it.

Tweaked something in my right upper back during Thursdays workout. I’m going to take the remainder of the weekend to recover and see how I feel on Monday. I’ve got some Keaton and muscle relaxers on hand if needed.
