Get Shredded!
So, I’ve been away for a little bit. Completed my last run in October and ran a pct just to see where my natural labs were at!!! That’s the last time I don’t just run try after a cycle. They were all verrry low.

I’ll be working with Max on this cycle and we are going to start with an 8 week program and make changes along the way as needed.
Initial cycle is going to be:
Test @ 600/wk
Mast @ 400/wk
NPP @ 300/wk
I’ll also incorporate T3 and Clen. Lethro, clomid and tamoxifen on hand if needed. Never have needed the but always better safe then sorry. I also have some prami on hand for when I start my tren.

Meal plan:
Target Macros are:
Protein @ 250 gms
Carbs @ 350 gms
Fats @ 70 gms

Workouts will be:
Fasted cardio everyday
Upper Body
Lower Body
Off
Upper Body
Lower Body.

fbad169f514e209b23305227618336c9.jpg

Here’s a quick starting pic. I figure I’m somewhere between 15-17% BF currently. I’ll be running military tape and calipers in the coming week to get a bite defined number.
Weight is at 169.4.

Same for me brother. I like to make my dog for a nice long walk. Now that it's freezing the walks are a little shorter however.

Thanks! This should be fun to watch. Your BF estimate is pretty good. Not close enough to win a contest but verrrry close. ;)

Max is a very well rounded guy and a good choice.

Thanks CoachCabo. Not doing a bodpod but I will be running 7 point and military tape. Usually I get a fairly good result when a do both. If the don’t match up I know there is an error in the technique.

A friend who runs a nutrition clinic here likes me to come by after a dexa scan so he can “pinch” me. He is always pretty close and even more so proud of himself. Jajaja!
People think calipers are uncomfortable but lying on the dexa table is murder!

So I hit upper body today after fasted cardio. Did 20 minutes on the treadmill: 4mph@6% then 15 minutes more 4mph@10%.
Cardio was a little tough. Pinned NPP in my right quad yesterday and it’s a little stif today. Working it out though so no worries.

•Incline Barbell Bench Press-110/120/130/150
Incline D-Bell Arcs/arches*25/30/35/35
•Barbell Rows-120/130/140/150- T-bar Rows-90/115/125/125-Deadlift-135/155/175/195**
Standing Barbell Military Press-45/55/65/75
•Weighted Pull-ups
•Olympic Barbell Curls-55:65/75/85
SkullCrushers-25/35/45/55
•Weighted Rope Crunches/Machine Crunches*
*Burnout- Abdominal V-Ups to Failure

Post workout shake went down easy and first soiled meal went down ok. Second meal was a little harder. Still getting used to the higher calories.

Mood and motivation are great.

Hell ya push, solid looking workout. Good to hear you’re mentally feeling good about everything. All the physical comes second of you ask me. Can’t do much of anything if you’re head isn’t right.

How long since you started the cycle? I know you tried pct before this so did you first start pinning test again when you started the cycle?

Stick with it man you’re in good hands with max. I’m gonna go ahead and say he’s one smart mother fucker, well read and it obviously shows that he knows how to put that knowledge to use…

@MonsterMaker

I started pinning test 3 weeks before I started my cycle. I just started my cycle on Sunday January 2nd.

I’m looking forward to working with Max. He has that old school BB physique. The broad shoulder and narrow waist. I have always wanted that type of physique and I think that working with Max gives me a great opportunity to try and achieve it.

This is going to be a great run.
I’ll be running the military tape and calipers to see where my body fat is at.

No better way to DO IT, then to do it ! I’m loving the volume & amount of cardio. I get scared people tend to drop out after 2-3 weeks and make some excuses(I hurt my back )lol. I know that doesn’t happen here. Your all bodybuilders or ex bodybuilders. Follow things to a T, and results will come ! I always tell clients : when you write or omit something from your training; your just fooling yourself: it takes longer ; the older we get but, older guys can make up for it by training more frequently / more cardio. They too can get the look . I’ve had guys w a 9 mo baby gut walk on stage with a 31” waist from a 42” !! It’s amazing how we can trick ourselves. I had a lady and I thought ...”her face and head(cranium) are just too big , she’ll never look skinny!” 140lbs later and she was hot, looked like a completely different woman!! I made her go get a new drivers license & they couldn’t believe it was the same person! I went with her to show them pics . “It really boosted her confidence “ Now she is a boss(sales mgr) at her company. I don’t think it was a coincidence either . Her bosses saw how hard a worker she was and gave her the position.

Your Gonna look a lot Different in 8 weeks....and that’s just the start! I always say it takes about 60 days for something to become a habit. From seeing your gym; it looks like it is and was your lifestyle (which is what bodybuilding is to me). Kick Ass

Ran military tape, caliper 7 point and utilized my smart scale to assess body fat.

Military Tape: 16.2%
Calipers 7 point: 15.97%
Arboleaf Scale: 16%

I think it’s safe to say that my body fat is currently around 16%.

Updated pics for starting week #2.
I worked yesterday so it through me off and I was thinking that it was Friday. Go figure: Senior moment: So I screwed up and hit the weights before the pics so my legs are pumped.

Upper Body 1

So I hit upper body today after fasted cardio. Did 30 minutes fasted cardio on the treadmill: 4.5 mph@6% for 15 minutes then 15 minutes more 4.5mph@10%.
Hitting 115-125 heart rate so should be in fat burn range. Bench is up, I think right now most of my increases are due to me not being afraid to push heavier weights.
Shred sways for a few years after my shoulder surgery.

Flat Barbell BenchPress-180/200/210/230
Dumbbell Rows/Olympic Deadlift*35’s/ 135/155/165/175
Standing Barbell Military Press-45/65/75/85
Weighted Chin-ups -15 lb. chain
Weighed Dips 15 lb. Chain / Barbell Shrugs 160/180/190/200
Weighted Rope Crunches (Abs)50/70/80/90
Machine Crunches/Decline sit ups w/weight
*Burnout-Push-ups to Failure

Meals are going down easier. Getting used to the extra volume again.

Mood and motivation are great. Can’t really speak towards the sex drive right now because the wife is out of town.

Looking good man, 16% ain’t bad. That leg day looks killer! Are you trying to loose some body fat while you gain some muscle (recomp)?

Also I thought you mentioned tren earlier, meant to ask ya if you’re throwing that in for the end of the cycle?
