So, I’ve been away for a little bit. Completed my last run in October and ran a pct just to see where my natural labs were at!!! That’s the last time I don’t just run try after a cycle. They were all verrry low.
I’ll be working with Max on this cycle and we are going to start with an 8 week program and make changes along the way as needed.
Initial cycle is going to be:
Test @ 600/wk
Mast @ 400/wk
NPP @ 300/wk
I’ll also incorporate T3 and Clen. Lethro, clomid and tamoxifen on hand if needed. Never have needed the but always better safe then sorry. I also have some prami on hand for when I start my tren.
Meal plan:
Target Macros are:
Protein @ 250 gms
Carbs @ 350 gms
Fats @ 70 gms
Workouts will be:
Fasted cardio everyday
Upper Body
Lower Body
Off
Upper Body
Lower Body.
Here’s a quick starting pic. I figure I’m somewhere between 15-17% BF currently. I’ll be running military tape and calipers in the coming week to get a bite defined number.
Weight is at 169.4.
