This has been over about 12 months. The first 10 months were just 100mg TRT along with dieting. The last 2 months I’ve gotten more serious, cruising on 300mg with 4mg reta while staying around 2200 calories.


I just started my current cycle and decided to try some KGear instead of only testosterone. Running 525mg total (175mg EOD). Adding a cheat meal when needed has actually helped a lot.


Labs are next month, but I figured I’d keep things simple for now, save up, and maybe prep a compound for the next run. Appreciate all the feedback on the site

Great job brother and congratulations. I would say you are making great progress with little gear and no sides. Continue on what you have done. No reason to risk additional sides and issues when what you have done is excellent.

Thanks yea I get my labs next month and will adjust if needed. Havnt done in 10 years. Just enjoying it and researching what to run next along with educating myself not in a rush. Seems my body is responding well to test

Still cutting but added more carbs was to tired helped a lot
I discovered at a certain point Reta requires a stupid amount of carbs for me personally. I know a few people who just need carbs pre/intra workout and will do just protein shakes and chicken the rest of the day without issue but if I spend more than a day low carb I feel like ass. Somewhere between 2 and 300 a day is where I noticed things seemed to feel better and fat loss increased

Yea I found that out the hard way haha luckily didn't really lose much
 
Great job man. I admire your consistency. The consistency is what can be difficult. Hang in there and remember to look back at how far you have come. You have completely transformed. Be proud of your progress. I know you want more, but again look how far you have come. Awesome, just awesome!
 
Officially 7 days in my cycle. Diet around 2400 locked in. Simple first time in 10 years. 550 test cyp til labs next month. Reta bumping down to 1mg from 4. Going to have some major changes. I would love to test your products and will give updated logs! Just a marine veteran trying to motivate others. Legs will update next week but looking great
