How to use Cryptocurrency
Step-1: Buy bitcoin from reputable exchange such as CoinBase Coinbase - Buy and Sell Bitcoin, Ethereum, and more with trust
Step-2: Transfer enough bitcoin to your personal wallet to pay for your order and the transfer fees (so make sure to have more bitcoin than just what you own the store because making transfer does cost some of funds in transfer fees).
Step-3: Pay for your order from your personal wallet (again, make sure to cover the transfer fees).

Consider Use a personal wallet to store your cryptocurrency, and from which you may make your payments. With this way, you may transfer your crypto into the personal wallet and then makes payments from the wallet.

Exodus is an example of a high-quality wallet with a good reputation: Exodus: the world's leading bitcoin and crypto wallet What most people do when using cryptocurrency is to buy the cypto tokens on an exchange, such as Coinbase, and then send the crypo to a personal wallet. Note that you can make an anonymous wallet that is located on your computer, or other device, and may not require personal information, if anonymity is important to you.

Your personal wallet will function as a middle-point between the exchange and the destination of your payments. This way you do not transfer funds directly from an exchange to the final destination. Transfer funds into your wallet to store them, then send payment from the wallet to the final destination.

The most preferable and fastest payment way is cryptocurrency, this is the only option nowadays. We accept bitcoin (BTC), litecoin (LTC), bitcoin (Segwit), ethereum (ETH), TON, Dogecoin, BNB Chain, Tether (USDT with ERC-20 network only!)
Basicstero does not accept coins from other networks, such as the Ethereum Base network!
Any coins sent from other networks will not be accepted and you may lose them!!!

Please see the current payment options on the Basicstero site. Basicstero accepts a variety of popular payment methods.
When placing an order there will be a shopping-cart on the site during the check-out-process and there a customer may select from the current available payment options before completing an order.


IMPORTANT: Submit a Payment Notification After Sending Funds
After sending funds, you must submit the payment information (payment notification) on the Basicstero site by clicking the "Payments" button on the top bar when logged into your account and filling out the form there.

An order will remain at the "waiting for payment" status until the correct payment information is added to the order.
If all of the information has been correctly entered, then all that is left is to wait for our staff to verify and confirm the payment.
When the payment is found and verified, the order status will move to the “Order Processing” step (being sorted, packed, and prepared for shipment).
Then, when the order ships out, the final status will update to say "Order Shipped."

So, how it works.

Very easy. You have a wallet, which looks like a long combination of numbers and letters. For example: 1LlH8bjxFnXQWPgcJKVLZi5C115NfGVvcv
This is analogue of e-mail address in Paypal. You send money always to addresses, which look like this. When you install a wallet you will get a similar address. In fact you will be able to generate lot of similar addresses. If you are going to receive a payment, it is highly recommended always generate a separate address for a particular payment. In other words you will have one wallet, but you can generate unlimited amount of addresses for your wallet. Here are some screenshots of the standard Bitcoin core wallet:

On this page you can see the amount of bitcoins available in your wallet.



All wallets are similar and have the same buttons - send and receive. This is all what we need. If you want to receive bitcoins from somewhere, you need to generate a new address. Just click on Receive and after on Request payment.



A new window with your personal bitcoin address will appear.



You need to copy this address and put it to where you are going to get your payment from. For example, above i provided as the first option to buy bitcoins site indacoin.com. When filling all fields there will be a field Bitcoin address. So you need to put there this address to get your payment on it. Like in Paypal. Only instead of email are these long addresses.
After you get bitcoins in your wallet you can send them. Just click on Send. Here is a screenshot.



As you see there are only 3 fields to fill:
Pay to - here you put the address of who you want to send payment to. If you are paying for products in our store you need to put here the address, which you receive when you chose bitcoin as payment option.
Label - this field is not obligatory. You cannot fill it. It`s just a notice for you for what you paid.
Amount: - it is clear; this is amount of bitcoins you are sending.

Official bitcoin/USD ratio can be always checked here:

However each exchanger has its own bitcoin-dollar ratio. Consider it, when you buy bitcoins.

Other wallets look similar. Here is a screenshot of Electrum wallet for windows. Also send and receive buttons. This is all what we need.




If you use a wallet on your mobile phone and going to send a payment you can not to copy the addres, but use a QR code and QR-Scanner. Just take a picture of the QR code (there is one on the screenshot above) and it will be decrypted into the address by your wallet, which is very convenient. Soon we are going to implement these codes in our store, so it will be ease for you to pay.

Actually this is all info, which is required for the beginning. I hope despite my poor English you guys understood how to use it. It is really very simple. Moreover, it is more anonymous as safer is Paypal. Another one huge advantage is that no one is able to block your payent or wallet. If you send funds, it is guaranteed that your receiver will get them. The main difficulty is to buy bitcoins. But those 3 options above could help you I hope. .I wish most of customers used bitcoin. In this case I would be able to confirm payments and orders much faster as WU payments now.

just did it again. ordered and paid in a matter of minutes. this is about as close to Amazon as I've seen. :)
 
I haven't used it yet, but I set up an account on coinbase and linked a cc to it for immediate BTC purchases with no 2-5 day waiting period. It's ready to go for my next order.

I wonder if it works with a normal reload debit card so I do not need to link any bank.

Nope. Most Bitcoin services, or at least the one I selected, requires you to tie it to your bank account anyway...

I figure if the Feds have the resources available to spend their time investigating a guy that uses a few grand of gear/year, then shame on them.

Circle has a 7-day rolling $300 limit. I was hoping that Coinbase had less restrictive limit but after adding a CC, verifying identity, etc I still have only a $50/day limit and a $10/week instant buy limit. :/ Is yours any better?
 
Follow up:

Created a SnapCard account and after going through all of the verifications I was given a $1,500 limit, which is the default for Rank 2 verification. Unfortunately, it looks like buy orders take a week so it's not very useful.

Returned to Coinbase and made a buy order with the expectation that the limits will be increased after the transaction completes in 4 days.

Guys,we decided to promote bitcoin as payment option. It is much more convenient for us and for you once you understand how to use it.
Bitcoin can not be blocked as Western Union or MoneyGram. It is anonymous. It is fast. We will be able to confirm payments much faster as compared to MG and WU.

I am in the process of setting up Coinbase . Does it seem to you that when we use this we will need to buy the BC's 7-10 days out?
 
I added a CC . Once verified my instant limit will be raised . Well how instant is instant . I did a practice buy and it says it's not there for several days . I want to know if a sale pops up and I need X dollars in BC's is it always going to be several days.

Just did a practice coinbase run. Said funds will be available in 9 days. I guess the best thing to do is just keep buying in advance so the funds will be ready for immediate withdrawal when you're ready. Bitcoin definitely looks like the way to go tho.

Just to let you guys know I added a CC and once it was verified I did another practice buy and it was instant . I still have the pending first buy in process

There are several buy limits, one of which is the limit on so called "instant" buys. Bitcoins are available immediately with an instant buy but the limit is fairly low. In my case, I could buy no more than $10 instantly each week initially. After completing a $50 non-instant buy - which took like 4 days to settle - my instant buy limit was raised to $200/week.

My holiday sale order will likely be greater than my current instant buy limit and so I'll have to wait several days for the Bitcoin trade to settle. I could buy BTC and hold them ahead of time but since BTC prices can drop, causing me to lose money, I'd rather not hold them and instead only buy them for immediate use.

Note: with an instant buy your CC is not charged but they will get an approval in case your bank later rejects the debit.
