Ohhhh whatβs in em
Both in whiteOhhhh whatβs in em

About 1200 each with shipping and tariffs. These are obviously much higher right now than 6-12 months ago. ~750 for the piece then ~500 for tariffs and shipping. Megamass version is about 4700 plus shipping and taxes, but it is also Flat/Decline combo. Would've been ~300 more if I got that version. Bolt has it for $4kGreat pieces man. Can I ask how much for each?

Iβll come over, how much? It's my garage! I need to rent it out and make some $$ back

The converging movement is so good.Yeah dude looks like that machine hits good!

How long did shipping take? Easy to put together? The converging movement is so good.
Comp/Upgrades over the original
- It feels heavier w/out plates, but did the same amount (230x10) that I've done on the OG machines recently
- The Foot Pedal/Foot Spotter really helps getting into it and the deepest stretch position. Might play around with a half round foam roller / Torq ROM BloQ for deeper stretch
- I had the isolation lock on, but it'll be interested to make it isolation and see how it feels
- The second weight horn (top position) should but more force on the stretch/lengthened position; which should be more beneficial for chest development. Will play around with moving the weight between the two or more overloaded on the top.
- 2nd handle Position allows for a little more shoulder flexion/upper chest.
Ordered August 11thHow long did shipping take? Easy to put together?
. Most annoying thing is doing something out of order then having to unscrew it and put another piece on.
i bought a shoe rack from temu and did like half of it and its been sitting there unfinished for 6 weeks lolOrdered August 11th
Manufacturing Completed Aug 28th
Shipped on Sept 13. Usually takes 30 days but got delayed at the Panama Canal
Arrived in US port on Oct 20th
Delivered on Oct 27th
So 2.5 months from order to delivery. ~3 months is about standard. Cheaper to deliver to west coast. More expensive in the Midwest due to distance from ports.
Assembly is basically adult legos with shitty instructions. Basically unwrap all the parts and then just start figuring it out by looking at assembled pictures online.. Most annoying thing is doing something out of order then having to unscrew it and put another piece on.
Took me about 2.5 hours to do it myself. Took about an hour to unwrap the endless bubble wrap/tape on every component.
If you want a home gym and have the time to plan it out, it's 100% worth getting certain pieces overseas. Especially if you want clones of higher end commercial equipment. They'll clone prime, Atlantis, Panatta, NewTech, Megamass (this was from the factory Mega Mass used; they recently switched).
You can get some really specific pieces for 30% of retail. Just have to wait a little bit

How's the wobble on both of these machines?Giving the new Flex Chest Press Clone a run. Exactly like the real ones of use. Shits butter.

Ha, it depends. I've got a 3/4 built shed outback to get tools out of my garage. Roof is on, but then stopped. I have lights for my garage that I bought 2 months ago that I still need to assemble.i bought a shoe rack from temu and did like half of it and its been sitting there unfinished for 6 weeks lol
id be a terrible gym owner lol
It's rock solid. How's the wobble on both of these machines?
Is there any, or is it minimal, or stable and solid?
That's definitely commercial grade steel, Plus for when I can see the welds look great. It's rock solid.
I have a shitty GWMD pendulum squat that flexes and wobbles a little bit. This is 400lbs of thick 2x2 steel. No structural flexing at all. Haven't put together the 45* extension yet, but don't expect much there either. All the other pieces I've gotten from them have been great.
The only slight wobble I get is my floors being slightly unleveled, but I'll shim the machines to reduce it as much as possible
Yeah. The pendulum works, which is why I haven't replaced it. Swapped out a few other GWMD pieces that were mehThat's definitely commercial grade steel, Plus for when I can see the welds look great.
I had a few wobbly pieces before, surprisingly they worked well. If anything they taught me to slow my roll, and work on form rather than moving the weight. These were Mercy's LOL. Similar to GWMD, but they're not too shabby either, budget friendly and they work.
I been eyeing up the leverage squat for a hot minute now. Been using the landmine attachment for a Linebacker squat attachment. Believe it or not it's killer for shrugs.
That's exactly the one that I'm looking at, it's more of a sled, hack, you can also reverse.Yeah. The pendulum works, which is why I haven't replaced it. Swapped out a few other GWMD pieces that were meh
Leverage squats are nice but I prefer ones with a back support. Tru Squat variants or drop squats.

Are you talking about a V Squat? That's exactly the one that I'm looking at, it's more of a sled, hack, you can also reverse.
Reminds me of the old school ones from the '80s and the high school gyms.
That piece right here above, with with the BlazzedFitness HD1 is on my list.
The only other piece that I'll be without, and I don't know how budget ones are, would be a hip abductor? Any experience with those?
I'm talking all budget build here.![]()

Yeah, they've started making more heavy duty equipment and seems to a bit better than the older 2x2 thin steel stuffThe new GWMD 2.0 leg extension and prone looks good to.
You got a good point, that's exactly what I'm referring to, the V squat. There is quite a few that I found on Facebook, in fact there's some very good priced out ones. Are you talking about a V Squat?
You should be able to find a good one on facebook marketplace. There are a bunch there.

I need an add/abductor as well. It's the last thing I really "need". I do them now on cables with a cuff seated against a 90* incline bench. They work, but not the best.
GWMD seems to be putting out more high quality items now. Using 3x3 and thicker steel vs some of their older stuff. Ones I've looked at are this one:

I've been looking hard on FB Marketplace for a combo. I was a hair late on getting a pair of cybex classic machines for $800 total (he should've been selling them for $1500-2000 each)
