High blood pressure on test?

My blood pressure has been high for years, last night it was 216/122 , this is usually the norm around there, does anyone else have high blood pressure from test?

For reference my resting blood pressure is literally half of your systolic and diastolic

If you used a wrist BP monitor don't be scared...Them things are WAY off.

If that were an accurate reading, you’d have called an ambulance for yourself, you will 1000% know if your BP is that high or you’ve already stroked out…

Like you say it’s the wrist cuff I recall my readings being off the charts and I trashed it

even a small upper arm cuff will give a false BP but usually not like that one

I have seen someone stroke out from high BP,
There’s no way to not know you need a doctor unless you already stroked out

Actually took it doc appt 1 time was pretty much same as thier machine so it's accurate man
