Does any source currently have this?It has to be pinned twice a day am/pm. Its not a pre-workout. You dont need to double the dose because its really strong and the more you take, the more you have to take to get results. You could bump 5mg at a time, and go to 25mg (Split 2x) a day.

Have you increased calories? Have you tracked size or circumfrenceThis stuff take a while to work? Been on 2 wks taking 20mg/day. Haven’t noticed anything. Using injectable.

When gauging any compound unless specifically tracking these things, its really not going to be possible to say. But maybe you already know this sir, I am unsure of your fitness level.
For me I blow up quick on it. I notice immediate fullness and size gains. And then strength too. Last run I gained 10lbs in full not even increasing calories, which truthfully is rarely even possible, except some of that of course is going to be water
I have horrible insomnia and it doesn't affect meI haven’t increased calories. Bf is unchanged. I’m not a hyper responder to anything. Bf is around 10%. I’m in excellent shape for regular life but nowhere near stage fit.
Sounds like my mistake is not doing twice daily for fear of sleep loss. I’ll try that.
