Dude that sounds nasty 🤢
You can do better man lol
I have been making something similar from time to time.

Bro it's so good.

Any amount of oats, 240 to 480 beef or chicken broth, some danos spice, sprinkle of chopped green onion, 150 to 250 grams chicken breast and maybe top with a sprinkle of furakaki.

It's called savory oats and you can youtube recipes and make as you please.

I was super suspicious at first but its freaking amazing lol.

Thanks, our palates are different brother when I choose to eat oats and that pretty rare since I ate them for yearssss, adding fruit, honey is good to me, or some brown sugar and cinnamon some times.

I’ll never add onions, broccoli, meat and spices to oats, not ever lol

Lunch in the making and the finished product.
1/2 doz. Jumbo Black Tiger shrimp and a double serving of grits with some STUBBS STICKY SWEET BBQ sauce. I never tried the shrimp and grits with barbecue sauce before, so I guess I'll find out how that works in about 2 more minutes!
Hope you Southern brothers won't hate me for the Quick Grits...🫣

That beef looks good. How did u cook it?
It took it two attempts, both ways are highly pierced and marinated same spice blend and all that on my traeger grill

1st I cooked on a high flame (450degree) heat 5 +-minutes each side and it was tougher than a 100 yr old leather boot lol

2nd way is perfect, I butterflied it then pierced, marinated and cooked in lower heat flame (325degree) for 8+- minutes each side,
it’s tender, cuts like a hot knife through butter

I still prefer a better cut of meat like the tenderloin filets but the cost on these was 11bucks a lb versus 25 bucks… deisel not worth over double cost for tenderloin
