Helloo gentlemans, i decided to make a log with progress, including photos, diet, cardio, supplements, gear usage etc..
I wont time have sometimes to write my workout, so in the days im more free ill put here and there training regime.
about me: 178cm, 78kg, 12%bf
started at 92kg (around maybe almost 27-28%bf im rly not sure about it (ill put photo here) and a photo where i stay right now atm., cruising on 175mg test e during a 3 months diet, before i started peds now.

so about diet structured:
my maintenance is around 2800-2900.
2000-2050 kcal/daily.
1st meal:
300g skyr
100g blueberries
60g oats
1 egg yolk
half dose whey protein


2nd meal (pre-wo):
207g cooked rice
100g cooked chicken breast

3rd meal (post-wo)
125g g banana
150g cooked potatoes
150g cooked chicken breast
200g broccoli
half dose whey protein

4rd meal (1h pre-bed)
180g cooked potatoes
75g cooked chicken breast
5 egg whites
400g lettuce
5g olive oil
20g vinegar

//185-190g P, 207-212g C, 30-35g F daily
//keeping daily salt 6-7g and water 5-6 liters.

have 2 days rest, so i keep higher carbs in the training days and the rest 2 very low carb.

i do sometimes morning and post-wo, depends if i work or not.
walking threadmill incline 3-4, 6x speed for 30-40m.

This is a very good cycle but I agree with @Meetketchup that its a heck of a lot of tren to tolerate and for your body to take for that long. I run the same cycle at 300mg each for 8-10 weeks for contest prep and results are phenomenal. Good luck brother.
 
Not sure why you'd run winstrol the 1st 4 weeks?
wanted to kickstart with var, but cant find good source here, so i decided to try winny to see how i react, because i may throw last 2-3 weeks aswell, just higher dosage. never used this compound and wanted to see how i react and the specific look it gives so i decide if i take again in the end or switch with adrol.
for now everything goes well, no joint pain, just the first 3-4 days i felt somehow bad and stiffness, but now is fine.

Save it for the last four weeks so it can do what it does. Zero reason to run it up front.
 
Couldnt sleep well last night. Actually the whole week since i started the gear, prob winstrol.
BP checked morning - 127/73, pulse - 77,
8-9 numbers sistolic is up, but thats normal i guess?
Today and tomorrow have low days. so -280g potatoes from the diet, everything stays the same.
I replaced my breakfast with the same ingredients (banana, oats, protein shake, skir, egg yolk) and instead of just mix and eat, i made some brownies and added 5g cacao and vanilla without sugar, because i havent tasted chocolate, even nothing different from the same foods everyday since 3 months and it was nice experience and could do this sometimes for the future.
Trained chest today, but just 3 exercises with heavy, because its my 6th day and i hit second time chest this week, dont wanna overtrain.. strength is a little bit up, which is a good new. 1h cardio (400 kcal), also on low carbs aswell. (1700kcal total) tomorrow i rest and got low day aswell, only cardio 40-50m (300-350 kcal).
today i saw in the mirror i leaned a bit, but nothing special. for me is alot, because the progress starved and the weight stayed almost the same last 2 weeks, but i upped abit the cardio and we will see next 3 days if i get down more.
tomorrow i wont post udate, because im free, so monday again!

Also very curious about t3, never used and theres mixed opinions on it and different information about dosages and usage.
Wanna start 25mcg ed just for thyroid fixing through the cycle, if theres not added benefit i could go to 37,5mg, but scary of losing tissue.
What advice and info u guys can give me on this? The diet is 2,2-2,3g protein/kg, so i get my protein, but should i increase more the protein and lower the carbs after i start t3?
should i start with low dosage 12,5mcg and up after a week or i can go directly 25mcg?

3 weeks ago it was at the high end, so no problems, but after 3 weeks when my plan was to start, ill do bloodwork before and IF its low ill start. But anyway, if its in normal ranges, doesnt supplementing a bit supra physiological levels help with the cut? or evem normal levels, but when taken outside it has daily same levels, which is + again. Im just asking, because like i said i have no knowledge much about this product.
 
Good morning buddies! Mon-Wednesday update:
I fixed my diet based on 1950-2000 kcal daily.
So carb cycling, where i have 2 normal days, smaller muscle groups (shoulders, arms) i removed one banana (1850kcal daily)
3 high days (legs, back, chest) where i consume 2000 kcal)
2 rest days (one of them is 45-50m cardio/250/300kcal) - 1650-1750 kcal (here i remove the half of the potatoes for the day, so from 490->290).
6 days cardio 45-50m per day (250kcal), so total 1500kcal weekly from cardio.
My maintenance is around 2300-2400kcal, last 2 weeks ive seen slowed progress (150-200g fat per week, so it may be bcs of diet adjust and slightly to maintenance.
after this week, the next im gonna add one refeed day on the leg days +400g potatoes for the future.
Monday i checked myself, a bit new veins popped and more vascular look. strength increase with like 5lbs on shoulder press, but i try to not push myself that hard bcs dont wanna risk injuries due to winstrol and the cut.
Tuesday: Arms - everything the same, ive worked 12h and went to gym like 8:30pm.
had headaches due to more coffees this day. bcs i fall asleep on work. cardio 45m
i took one validol pre-bed and it helped a bit with headaches.

Today (Wednesday) im in the gym right now, gonna do today and tomorrow on the back 400kcal (like 1h cardio), because i work 2 more times this week and i cant do the total 1500 otherwise.
this morning i was a bit bloated, may be adapting or bcs of the job, cortisol etc..
had headaches in the morning and was worried about high bp. but i checked and it was low… 110 systolic on 54, pulse 50.. it may be bcs of the validol, and that im taking cialis 5mg daily, but that aint bad news.
I have high day today, gonna hit legs later, before that im fasting till 13 pm, then ill load carbs and go hit these mofok legss.
drinked black coffee pre-wo with 1 gram salt, sipped in the water a bit aswell.

edit: my hair started shedding, ill look for minoxidil and shampoo, bcs fuck.. i dropped proviron, maybe drop winny if it gets too nasty.

today and tomorrow im working, so rest days. yesterday i hit back, strength a little bit up, food i explained, everything the same.
damn i had a little night sweat from today when i woke up for work, 1 hour early than i have to.. week and 3 days since started parabolan 100mg. on work ill fall asleep bcs the job is boring, no coffee helps rhat… my hunger is also making me irritable, hope tren surpress abit at one moment, because always when i ran it i had appettite problems, and now if it increase it, it gonna be big ironia.
weight changes these days between 74,2-74,6kg, today 74kg and last 2 days i had big carb days, so we will see monday, after these 2 low days and next normal day.

edit. if i dont eat carbs before bed i cant fall to sleep, for sure cortisol,so i ate 100g banana pre-bed and today ill skip 10g olive oil, but anyway i wake up 5-6am every morning with this drive feeling, so i have to do something home for like 30m and i feel sleepy again and go back to bed so i can get 7:30-8h of sleep.
 
Good morning! today is second week since the new carb splitting program and upping the cardio so 1500kcal/week.
Yesterday i hit chest, wasnt that full this time, the strenght doesnt increase, actually last 1-2 reps it was hard to push to.
Had some joint paint, but it could be few factors, one them is i took my ai the previoud day (adex), with 50mg proviron, and next morning 25mg proviron.
Swapped the old winny with one high quality i left home, and man.. i know how the roids change visually until the first day, specially the very small details u see on ur body, and rhe previous one wasnt winny maybe, because with it i was happy, alot energy and overall well-being, but this time there could be from the joint paint and stiffness later, this strange mood that makes me not angry, but neutral in a bad way, pissing tons of water on the top i piss daily.
anyway, 1 week since the last weight:
Last monday-during sunday:
74,6kg, 73,8kg, 75,5kg, 75,1kg, 74,6kg, 74,8kg, 74,3kg
Today (1st day of the week) 73,4kg.
My weight been with the water out 73,8kg, this week is 73,4kg, so everything is working! i was hoping for 06-0,7kg, bcs im on deficit 650-700kcal weekly, but it may be because im 11-12% already and it goes slower.
Ill add after 2 days a refeed day (+400 potatoes) on leg days, bcs the energy going a bit down i feel, and the body starts adapting.
have clen and t3 on hand, but not necessary for now, or even. If at 10% i get stuck, ill add them to hit these 8-9%, if not ill keep for the next time.
Oh forgot.. tren hex… week 2 today, 2 days ago i was on work and i was fckin impatient and this alpha feeling that u speak directly to somebody everything u think about it and in the eyes u are like psychopath.. i love this feeling.
we are card dealers in online casino and we change tables every 30m and i went to piss 30 times during this perioud and she was very pissed and i screamed infront of all that im drinking 6 liters per water and take fuckin masteron and tren and i have to stay hydrated and i dont care what the fuck she things and to dont get angry at me, because ill get angry too and its gonna be very bad for her 🤣
so i hope next 2 weeks it start doing its job, bcs i dont see strength or physique changes yet.
 
These photos are 31 march -> 13 april (today) on the first im more flexed, on the second more relaxed, also hoding maybe s bit water still bcs i dont see arm veins.

Small update between**
yesterday i checked myself morning, i was 72,6kg, which was like kilo+ down for 1 week and i was like damn thats not possible, bcs i was 44,1-44,6kg the whole week when the scale was moving, then next week monday 43,4kg the most less i saw on the scale expecting 600-700g to loose and some water, so everything happened like how i exactly calculated in my head, but even next 2 days i looked in the mirror and i wasnt full, but somehow not typically flat, but more lean.
next day (today right now) i woke to piss, i check myself and im even more dry and hard, have more veins here and there which i didnt had before and im 72,7kg, and yesterday i had low kcal day, and specially carb (only 60g oats and 145g cooked rice).
i see myself more “granite like”, does it could be the tren is kicking? have no sides effects, except at job after the 10th hour i cant stay there nomore and i feel all the way nervous and impatient to go as soon as possible home.
edit: it could be bcs of glycogen used since i started the more cardio and a little less food the previous week, but damn.. i look very good and not just skinny flat, but vuscular and 3d haha.
edit2: my skin is very very dry, noticed last 4 days it getted very oily, but not in a bad way, i just dont have rubbing skin anymore on my face nowhere.

Woke up day 2 at night 3:45pm bcs of a nightmare, that i didnt had from months long ago, that feeling in the legs when u are scared.
3 days ago immediately more jacked, more vascular and dry, skin very oily, by day 1 - day 3 big differences in the physique.

didnt had that exp with bigger dose ace, now i run hex only 100mg/w, it could be E nobody knows, but its been just 2 weeks and i start feeling it.

edit: could it possibly be by prolactin? i have caber on hand.

edit 2: i carb loaded 350g carbs yesterdah, i have just 2 days in the week that my carbs are 185, 3 days 145, 2 days 125… (even on one them i did 80 and added some chicken) now i woke up 50g less weight just after refeed yesterday.

Update: (photos 8-20 april)
Last week monday weight: 73,4-73,6kg
Woosh effect 2-3 days after: 72,4-72,6kg.
Today (start of the 3rd week since) morning weight - 72,05kg.
Last week few days had nightmares, but i added carbs pre-bed, so now i sleep better and dont have them, even then i wake up 1-2 times at night, and this worsened these 2-3days. Yesterday i added a bit more carbs on my rest day pre-bed, and seems i have some night sweats that progressed past 3 days.
My REM sleep seems affected, bcs i hit 7-8h of sleep and i dont feel recovered again.
i drop 0,3-0,4kg bf per week, so thats ideal where i am right now, since i upped a bit the kcals on the rest days i dont look that flat and i feel better, bcs im not sure if bcs i get sick the enery goes low, or just of the overall bldy stress. Last 3 days i have hard breathing, which could be by tren ofc, but i have cold waves and a bit nosy.
My bp goes sometimes 132-134 systolic, but morning i check its 115-120, before that was 105-110, so for sure its affected. i dont wanna yse bp med bcs i never used, but id it goes bad i can use during cycle, just need some advice here what bp med i should buy.
i will go 2 weeks more, then i go back to maintenance for 7-10 days to give the body some rest, ill low cardio from 1500kcal to 800 weekly, then i go back for 2-3 weeks the same, and the last 2 weeks i decide to add clen to hit 8%.

update: blood draw:

so thats why i feel cold and have less energy, + tren sleep issues and cns stimulation ofc.
during the day feeling heavy on the legs 😂
but since i go to gym i feel like a monster there. even my strength goes up, doesnt matter i feel like crap the mornings.
gonna push final 2 weeks so i get true 10%, then 7-10 days maintenance, and hope i restore well and push the last weeks. i decided to go 2 weeks after without clen, then another 2 with clen instead of 2 aggressive, bcs i dont run for a time that much, not necessarily bonus stress on the body. gonna keep the deficit at 300-350kcal/week.
curious if i should up the protein to 2,6-2,7g/kg, or 2,2-2,3 where i am now is enough. i feel that i need more carbs to function well, so in the 2 days i rest i have 2,6-2,7g/kg protein, ill decrease to 2,2 aswell and up the fats to 29-33, because now im on 18-22 when u calculate daily by the week and i think its better for hormones. supplementing omega 3 - 2g ed, may just increase that.
ill add 2 smaller refeed days instead of 1, because i feel crashed during the week and wanna balance this.
yesterday i took a half adex pill, instead of 1/4, bcs ive seen my nipples get more itchy and red, + a bit more puffiness, today woke up 71,8kg, but flat and glyco depleted, so for sure ill need more carbs. tomorrow is my refeed (instead of every 9 days i switched to every 7 days, bcs i see the need.)
1 more refeed for the next week, then go back to maintenance for 7-10 days.

update: im pissed of dieting, no sleep and bullshit. ill make the things the right way, ill suffer but idk. ill be peeled beast at the end, so:

ill go 1900kcals/day the same everyday.
(fck that carb cycling, some of the days u are like zombie and im not 120kg, 7%bf mass monster to have thag bennefit from it)

diet:
cooked white rice - 442g (556kcal)
cooked chicken breast - 330g (545kcal)
broccoli - 200g (68kcal)
dry oats - 62g( 230kcal)
skir (zero fat) - 300g (190kcal)
blueberries - 100g (57kcal)
1 dose protein whey - 36g scoop, 24g protein (136kcal)
omega 3 (high in epa & dha) - 2g (20kcal)
peanut butter - 13g scoop (80kcal)

I'd do 2 weeks on clen and 2 weeks off, no more than 40mcg. Ill add yohimbine (5-10mg) to my fasted cardio, with some caffeine (black coffee/espresso only.

I'd start doing 45 mins of cardio on the 7th day as well. (+250kcal) So 45 mins 7 days a week.

I'd decrease my food by 100 cals per day after 1 week of increased cardio.

I'd check in after a week, and even if things are moving in the right direction, increase my cardio and drop my calories. An extra 5 mins per day (so 50 mins 7x per week) and another 100 cals off (1700 total).

Water and salt stay consistent all the way through.
6g/day salt
5 liters/day water

Yes, it will be hard, it will suck, but you just have to knuckle down and get it done if you want to drop that bodyfat.


Summary of what I'd do:
-do cardio 7 days a week
-add clen at 40mcg, 2 weeks on 2 weeks off
-add yohimbine at 5-10mg, taken before fasted cardio with an espresso and water
-wait a week before touching food
-after a week of 7 days a week cardio, drop calories by 100 per day
-after 2 weeks, increase cardio to 50 mins 7 days per week, drop calories by 100 per day
-rinse and repeat until desired condition achieved.

Maybe think of running clen consistently starting at 20mcg or 40mcg and increase over time. The 2 weeks on 2 off was done way back in the day and doesn't make sense as the half-life is 36 hours and you don't desensitize from fat burning over time, just the shaking and slight protein increasing uptake. You can also run 1mg of ketotifen to uptake receptors which does work.

Do you use ketotifen alongside the clen?
