20mg caps?!
20mg sounds really high, I don’t know how to dose that.Yeah got them off Strate labs. I’ve read that doses need to be high for it to be effective. I tried the 250 mcg tabs for a bit and I noticed some more fat burning and I looked tighter but I didn’t feel much of an increase in energy and endurance.

The doses go all over the map. GnT does carry some 20mg caps too but it's the heftiest dose I've seen.20mg sounds really high, I don’t know how to dose that.
This. Aside from some blood glucose control, pass.I was running it at like 150-300mg/day for like a month. Nothing noticeable. By far the most overhyped compound imo

The only issue when running it high is when in a moderate to severe calorie deficit with good amounts of cardio. A lot of guys will often go hypo especially when already lean. For gen pop I haven't seen that arise much though. I just don't like the idea of running these super high as we honestly don't know the longer term effects just yet.I A 2g/day it works. It’s not an acute energy bump like what you might experience from stimulants, but over the course of the week, I find that I can have longer days with less overall burnout. I can wake up at 4am, work until 4pm (desk job), go to the gym and still have a productive workout and not feel dead the next morning. It works in the back ground. Whereas something like SS31, I feel it within a few hours.
I have tried injectable Slu and it works acutely, but not worth the price for regular use imo.

I ran 100 mg for a couple of months. What I noticed was a little extra heat during workout (Sweating a little more but nothing crazy) but I did notice fat loss. My appetite was high but it did not seem to matter what I ate I continued to lose fat. So for me personally I did see fat reduction without a reduction in calories.
I ordered 2k bottles of 20mg and they tested out at 28mg and I don't think it does anything at all.
I'd be will to write off "oh it probably just wasn't actually SLU" whenever I heard the crazy 400mg a day dosing.
but after experimenting with the 28mg caps pre fasted cardio I can confidently say I notice nothing whatsoever.
idk how some people are taking like .25-5mg and ranting and raving about it while others are taking hundreds of mg for nothing.
are people just placebomaxing or is there really just that wide of a individual variability?
Yes I am using the 20mgs caps and this manufacturer is from ASF. Def helps lean you out after months on it.
I hate to say it but many SLU reviews are a bit of placebo making. I 'feel" it working bro.I think anyone using less than a few hundred mg’s is definitely placebo maxing.
