Anyone have experience with Slu pp 332? I’ve heard very different things and I want to experiment with it. I got a bottle of 20mg caps and am planning on running it daily preworkout during my cut.

20mg caps?!

Yeah got them off Strate labs. I’ve read that doses need to be high for it to be effective. I tried the 250 mcg tabs for a bit and I noticed some more fat burning and I looked tighter but I didn’t feel much of an increase in energy and endurance.

20mg sounds really high, I don’t know how to dose that.
 
I didn’t get anything noticable out of the 250mcg caps. At 2g/day it works. It’s not an acute energy bump like what you might experience from stimulants, but over the course of the week, I find that I can have longer days with less overall burnout. I can wake up at 4am, work until 4pm (desk job), go to the gym and still have a productive workout and not feel dead the next morning. It works in the back ground. Whereas something like SS31, I feel it within a few hours.

I have tried injectable Slu and it works acutely, but not worth the price for regular use imo.

The only issue when running it high is when in a moderate to severe calorie deficit with good amounts of cardio. A lot of guys will often go hypo especially when already lean. For gen pop I haven't seen that arise much though. I just don't like the idea of running these super high as we honestly don't know the longer term effects just yet.

Update: took 40mg and I feel absolutely cracked out . Finished all my work for the day already and it’s not even my lunch break yet. Just pacing around the office

Agreed - 20+ grams a day is well outside my comfort zone with this one. I get that these are experimental either way, but I’d rather stick to 1-2g doses knowing that tens of thousands of people have already taken that dose and are are still alive a year or two later… as opposed to being one of the first ones to try 100mg/day. I think the big dosing just became a thing with slu within the last year.

I'd be will to write off "oh it probably just wasn't actually SLU" whenever I heard the crazy 400mg a day dosing.
but after experimenting with the 28mg caps pre fasted cardio I can confidently say I notice nothing whatsoever.

idk how some people are taking like .25-5mg and ranting and raving about it while others are taking hundreds of mg for nothing.

are people just placebomaxing or is there really just that wide of a individual variability?
 
I ran 100 mg for a couple of months. What I noticed was a little extra heat during workout (Sweating a little more but nothing crazy) but I did notice fat loss. My appetite was high but it did not seem to matter what I ate I continued to lose fat. So for me personally I did see fat reduction without a reduction in calories.

That’s interesting. Did you split up your doses or take it all at once preworkout?

It’s only ever been studied on rats. Doing the math, an equivalent dose for a normal sized person is in the hundreds of mg. However, its oral bioavailability is basically zero, and is the main reason it was abandoned by the people that invented it.

I just decided to try it out because it’s cheaply available from a certain chemical supply company. So I made some 150mg caps. Then ramped up to 2 caps a day. Nothing.

I think anyone using less than a few hundred mg’s is definitely placebo maxing.

I hate to say it but many SLU reviews are a bit of placebo making. I 'feel" it working bro. :) Some people will swear by it and if it makes you feel like it's working than who's to say to stop. It's guys running Turkesterone. We KNOW it doesn't work but thousands of people buying it from Greg Doucette say it's amazing.

In all serious, aside from some minute things you can track such as blood glucose I have yet to see "significant" evidence of any fat burning or "significant" cardio capacity increase that is objective. Many things work and don't work in rats pertaining to humans. Dosing is just one factor. When so many people get nothing out of it you have to question why? And why is it supposedly working from some others. That's always been a red flag in the industry. If something works, it usually works for "mostly" everyone.

I've gotten free stuff and used it multiple times. Didn't notice a thing except going hypo during fasted cardio.

If spending $60-70 bucks for something like this is cool with people, then have at it.
 
Ask @TomJ about his experiences with SLU PP, he also might have options for you guys too at a lower rate then I do.
 
I have 1 bottle peptide science at 250mcg i have been taking and i can say it has had little or no effect i have another bottle from nexxgen at 500mcg that 1 makes me feel off hard to explain. Otherwise ive been on this crap for 2 months with no noticable change in body fat that i can attribute to it. Mots c worked better for energy alertness than this stuff. Maybe i will bump up to a higher dosage and see what happens.
 
The lab studies on animals seem very promising. Yet the human results seem pretty hit or miss. It seems like you get a little more in the tank when on it, like you can do more reps or cardio goes better.... I think it was placebo, because I cannot replicate it.

I think the benefit is shunting carbs to muscle, which may only benefit fit people with clean diets and muscle. My small circle using it feel it drove them to eat more carbs while leaning them out. Does was 0.5 to 2 mg twice a day for most of them.

Recently tried 100mg daily for 6 weeks. I felt nothing extra from it. Found no benefit diet or body comp. My sleep was a wreck.
 
i ran this for a long time never really noticed it working - cardarine works though. some of these items may push the bar only fractions of a percent I think.
