Today was supposed to be Pull B. Almost mirroring Pull A.
Running about 1/2 hour-45 minutes behind this morning…still got it done in 53 minutes

Actually slept like a baby
At the in between time if my home gym and the 24hr one i use on weekends.
Figure im gonna hang tight for 40mins for home 1 6am .

Ropes for cardio today..
Since knee,cardio has been obsolete!!
It effects my BP. .
Need it!!

I see few guys using these??
Do they feel or make much differance as opposed to whats avalible in the gym?

My gym has these there. Lots of choices in grip attachments. I actually like using it for the different angle to change things up a bit. I like changing it between close, wide overhand, medium palms facing etc.
