nah appetites way down. i cant just eat my shitty meal preps anymore, i have to eat out and have tasty stuff in order to actually want to eat. gunna be eating junk+whey for the bulk of my diet moving forward. appetite fell out week 4 i think

i just hate the way i prepped my food this week. slathered sauce over baked chicken and it clearly tastes like baked chicken.
I don’t know what in the hell it is about chicken but if I make it myself I end up disliking it no matter how I cook or season it. If someone else makes it I love it. Especially from restaurants, which I’m sure means it’s brined with sodium and chemicals. Some of the best chicken I’ve ever had was chicken breast from a smoker. I knew a guy that would buy a fuckton of chicken breast every week and pay his buddy to smoke them.

i had a smoker but my new apartment doesnt have a balcony i can put it on :( i wasnt the biggest fan of smoked breast anyway though. grilling makes it 100x better, but cant do that either
 
havent been working out as i said. ive lost the motivation. i divided my workouts into 2 routines, trunk and limbs. i like that better than upper lower. this way i only have to work out 2 days a week. today i hit trunk. it was exhausting af, but probably my best back work in forever.

the routines pretty sick because u can get a lot of stuff in in a lot less time. trunk day is back and chest, so you alternate a chest set and a back set. limbs are legs and arms, so u alternate legs and arms. This way, you only need 2 mins of rest to get your breath back rather than 4 minutes to get the muscle ready to go again. Trunk day today was 26 sets, but only took an hr 45.

as u can see i added shoulders to trunk day. wasnt sure were to stick them. tomorrow im hitting limbs without em. Next weekend i'll probably try putting them with limbs instead of trunk and see if that works out better

diet right now is pretty much 3 scoops whey am and pm, gallon of skim+syrup, then whatever i want.

hit arm day, but my hands were fucked from water so i couldnt curl either of the bars. ive got some padded d handles, i hooked one up to some weight and curled that unilaterally a few sets instead for biceps.

still procrastinating hitting my limbs day. im dropping the cycle entirely. cold turkey for a week or so then 150 test. i'll probably still progress anyway. diet will be 300+g protein+whatever i want
 
Are you just running test ? Probably so much inflammation in your body
yeah just test. ive ran high test twice in the past before this. never went well, but i figured id handle it better now that im more experienced. id say it went better this time but still not great. next try i want to bank on something else instead. ment if i can find it good and cheap. dbol if not

now that ive typed that out, im going to just go ahead and run the dbol for the remainder of this blast. gunna hold off on test for this week, then drop down to like 300 test plus dbol next week and finish out that way. dbol makes me feel way better than test
 
i sucked it up and hit limbs. i had a ton more volume planned, but this felt like it was actually 4 hours long. it was actually inly an hour 10 mins. i may try to slowly introduce the rest of the volume, but holy fuck this was a boring workout. def got some mental blockage going on right now. gunna pop some dbol for a little high next time

Its definitely has some strength. One thing i will definitely run again.raw prices still up there,but i haven't looked in while.
 
Have you ever tryed ment e not trying to clog your logs but it seems like an compound that's not carried by alot of our companys
i received some from a sponsor a while back. started running it, label claim was 200mg a ml. i was trying to run 200mg a week. tested it, came back 60mg a ml. lol. i told the sponsor, asked if theyd reimburse testing. sponsor danced around it for like 6 weeks. theyve since dropped the board. i wasnt gunna go trashing them by posting the results, but at least wanted the testing reimbursed and for them to stop selling the shit :/ bozos were charging nearly 300 bucks for a vial of that too 🤣🤣

hit a chest and back day at gf's gym cuz it just opened and it was her first day so i had to lay down the law. i was the biggest one there luckily. just did a couple halfassed sets of pullups and bench. managed to throw 315 up for clean reps on bench easily and i havent benched in months. didnt even push it, halfassed it. im off cycle now and that used to be around my previous pr. so im definitely stronger on it now despite not even training it. looks like jaw surgery may be bumped sooner to late jan

Are you at least taking Milk Thistle and NAC for support for your organs and body? Also, I hope you're using AROMASIN, not something horrible like Arimadex or Letrozole being on 1500 Test.

nah i had 500 test low mast ment going on before for not too long. ramped up to just 1500 test after halloween. whatever tho i dropped the cycle. and yeah i use arimidex, 1mg once or twice a week
