I started taking 4 mg Reta last week.
Just had my second shot this Friday.
So far, I have not felt anything significant at this dose.
My apetite is roughly the same. I am a naturally big eater.
Most people reported to have reduced apatite within 24 to 72 hours of first injection.

This is making me question my source. Got it from vitalitypeptides.co.uk

Any increased heart rate? Taken semaglutide or tirzepatide in past to compare?

I have really enjoyed my retatrutide experience. I would definitely increase as slowly as possible. I felt like the appetite suppression for me was great in the beginning and then as I increased and my body adjusted it’s almost non existent now and I’ve ran it up to 8mg a week.

Would do that differently next time.

I noticed and increase in hr on days I didn’t do cardio. Totally anecdotal. But my resting hr sits around 70 beats a minute or less sometimes and in the mornings I would be at 90 beats a minute. I never had palpitations or would have noticed the increase otherwise. But since I do keep an eye on it I noticed.

I will do cardio in the AM and drink a body armor and my hr would hover in the 80’s. But was higher if I didn’t do my cardio. Not sure if it’s the Reta or cardio. But that’s my experience with that.

Just let it saturate I didn’t start “noticing” anything at all until about 2-3 weeks in. Maybe the bolus doses help with “feeling” something. But my injection frequency was M/W/F

You could definitely out eat the retatrutide appetite suppression effects. Dieting is just easier in the since that I felt fuller on less. In the beginning I felt like I couldn’t out eat it but that changed the longer I was on it. I’m taking 5mg daily and can easily put back food.

I do have a job where I’m breaking 15k steps on shift. Plus It can be labor intensive. So it might be different for you.

I was dropping weight like crazy just eating protein and veg. Now I’m putting back carbs again no problem and am tapering off. Weight is climbing. Been on 5 mos

I don’t know this source but there are plenty of grey markets that test and have legit product. So I don’t see why it would be faked. Unless it’s super overpriced, like many sources I’ve seen.

Nope. This is my first time. I noticed my Blood pressure to be slightly elevated recently.

Reta doesn’t reduce my hunger what so ever. Doesn’t work for everyone but I was taking it for the other benefit anyway

I've run legit Reta up to 12mg per week with zero effect. I just do not respond to it, but I've had extremely good results with Triz. In hindsight, once I hit 4-8mg per week with no effects, I would've saved the money and switched to something else.

This is what happened to me using Reta. I started out very low, .5 mg , worthless. I started moving up even before the first week was done and took another .5 mg , still nada. I used Ozempic about a year and half before and lost quite a bit and was thinking it would be similar, it’s not. I went to 4 mg the next week and had definite sides for 2-3 days, so that was a mistake and went back down to 2 mg for a couple of weeks before moving up and in my last week (10 weeks total ) I took 6 mg. The whole time I never saw any noticeable food suppression, but just didn’t think about eating all the time. I decided to do a reset and stopped using Reta , I wanted to go 6 weeks and let it completely clear my system, well, after about 7-10 days off of Reta the hunger and food noise just stared going up and up and I mean in a very noticeable way. My point is for some people it might be a subtle difference and you don’t think it’s doing much till you stop, then you notice how much it was doing. Sorry for the long post and this is what it was like for me.

Thank you for your input. I believe this is the case. I read this and realised food noise is less. Otherwise my brain constant keeps thinking about food. Fat boy genes

On .25 mgs of GYMnTONIC reta I don't eat all day or all week. It's literally too strong of an appetite suppressant for me.

I have a female client on 2.5mgs of it and she's still eating everything in site.lol. Funny how we all respond so differently.

Nice! If you still have it in within weeks of the show, just be aware it can cause some funky issues with the slow gastric emptying, especially at such a high dosage.

So, I saw some data on Cagrilintide combined with Sema, it actually said Ozempic. This sounds real promising and I might give it a try sometime down the line. I’m actually doing a Sema , Reta combo for the last two weeks, .25 Sema, 2 mg Reta , can’t say I’ve noticed any big difference, but it’s still early.

I have been using it at 3mg a week and it definitely affects my appetite. I'm down 14lbs in 4 weeks. I'm sure some is water lose since I'm also doing low carb.

I couldn’t eat on 1mg and my wife had to run 2mg just to get a little suppression.

Splitting my dose into 2, .5 injections a week helped me get my meals in.

So some need to add like 1mg a week semaglutide in addition to their reta dose to get the hunger noise reduction.

For example, 2.5mg reta Monday, then 3 days later, 1mg sema. Would only do that Stack if reta alone didn't reduce food intake after a few weeks trying it alone.

It knocked my appetite and hunger in the dirt. There was a significant difference the following day of my 1st injection.

Like we've talked before. I'm personally not a fan of the GLPs.

I see it over and over again that the more muscle/less fat you carry the less of a dose you can tolerate. This is in general as there are outliers but makes sense.

I have been takin Reta for a few months. Started at 1mg and climbed to where Iam now (9mgs weekly) and yea it DOES NOT kill the hunger signals like some people think..

I lost 117ishlbs PRIOR to ever taking reta just to get into single digits BF% since I was allready fairly lean from just hard work and staying in a deficit..

I can honestly say if you are someone who LIKES to eat, that you CAN eat right through that reta no problem…

I have had people say my reta was prolly bunk “CuZ My BuDdY TaKeS 2mG aNd He Is NeVeR HuNgRy” and all that stupid shit.. I get all my reta tested on my own dime and it is indeed top tier shit and was even overdosed..

It’s just that some people can and do eat right through reta’s abilites. It does not just shutdown all food noise entirely. But it does help thats for sure.

It is simply an individual thing and I dont give a fuck what anyone says..

I am on reta for 5 months and lost 45 lbs so far. purchased mine from certified peptides located in Oregon. Paid 5x 30mg vials $600 total while on 20% discount: RETA 5 Pack (150mg) | High Purity Research Compound | Certified-PEP

Started at 2mg/week split into two days. After the first 1mg shot the food noise was completely gone, I did not want to eat anything even after weed - unbelievable cause I eat the whole food in the fridge before I start eating furniture after few puffs. My max dose was 6mg/week and I am currently on 4mg/week at maintenance dose

Reta crushed my hunger once I hit 1.5mg.
Took about 2 weeks to get up to that (I ran it up quicker than recommended) but once I hit 1.5 I knew I found my sweet spot.
