3rd cycle. (Unsponsored)

Week 5 done. Check ins went well. Gained 1 lb last week for check ins and up 2 lbs for the weekly average. Conditioning changed very slightly. Going to push another week and see if I can maintain this or if it’s gonna mess with my conditioning. Had tons of energy and strength throughout the week which was awesome. Things are looking good. Day off today. Gonna eat like a horse, rest up and get ready for the week ahead.
 
Had one of the best pumps I’ve had in a long time in my legs last night. Pushed myself to some new extremes. Dropped weight on the leg press, went super slow. Dialing this training in slowly but surely. Last nights lifts below.

Well I saw 190lbs on the scale last night at the gym. First time I’ve seen that weight and not been a slob so that’s pretty cool. Woke up 184 this morning. Had a cheat meal yesterday for thanksgiving. Was delicious. Legs incoming tonight. Thanksgiving pump pic IMG_5918.jpeg
 
Numbers may not be jumping up significantly but the quality of my sets have improved 10 fold. About to the point where weight can start increasing again. Really slowed my sets down last night and hit a solid depth on the belted squats and the legs press. Sry happy with the changes I’ve made.

Check in’s went well. Weight is up a little bit more than planned from the holiday meal I had Thursday but not seeing much fat gain which is awesome. Keeping things the same for another week. Extremely happy with the progress we are making. 181.8 this morning up 4lbs from last weeks check in and average weight was 181.7 for the week up 3lbs from last week. Last nights exercises and a pretty sick shot I got last night below.
