Morning weight 179.0

Finished the SLDL and did some Cardio this morning. Its a low carb day and it figures my appetite is starting to kick in. I already messed up by making the morning shake as if it was a Hi day!
No worries though, I never kill that thing in one shot, so I can sub in real food as needed and make the adjustments in MYFITNESSPAL, accordingly.
I'm at work and just waiting for the weather to kick in. We're supposed to get a spanking between today and tomorrow. Hopefully everyone will stay home and enjoy their Sunday!

Morning weight 179.4

I had to weight myself twice this morning. The scale initially had me at 179.2 with a BF of 36.1!!!!
I may not be in the best shape... bit fuck if I'm at a BF of 36!
The second weigh in came up at 179.4 with a BF of 10.6. I know neither are really correct.... but it is interesting to see how much variance there is.
Today will be the Upper 1 session and I'm about to go and hit it. I'll post that later.

Don't even look at the BF measurement from that. Irrelevant and inaccurate.
Yeah, no worries.That's not even on my radar. Honestly I just posted cause it's funny to see how much variation there is just based on foot placement. I honestly don't even really wanna know about the BF right now, because you are correct, it is irrelevant.
 
Annnndddd Monday upper in da book!
Had a good session with nice solid form and concentric everything!
I'm still not sure how accurate the weights are on some of the machines. I put 220 on the rows and they just flew! I did the wide prone rows on a plate machine and nailed 180 and 230! The pump was insane!!!
I incorporated my leg raises into the CGBP and I'm thinking I may add some weight at the feet next time. Over in the Sand Box, we used to do them with 5 and 10# DBs... so MB I'll add it... depends on Coach.
The right shoulder feels a little sore, this concerns me because its close to the area they reattached my bicep at. I added BPC157 and will keep that going for a minute to see what I see.
The food intake is moving along and the higher carbs are falling right in.
My poor Hack Squat machine is FUBAR! They had it apart for repair and I could see the metal shards and loose bearings... the sad part is, it's an older machine and parts are not readily available. I'm glad they're addressing it, and I hope they get it squared away soon.

No. If you want more intensity use little rest between sets and/or do more reps. No added weight. Where do you guys come up with this stuff? :)
 
Annnddd now afternoon Cardio in da book! Nuthin to write home about... 30 minutes on the treadmill with the broken HR monitor of course. Is what it is, and what it is ,is done!

Morning weight 179.6

Just finished the Tuesday Lower session complete with RP sets... on everything.
I subbed in Deep Single Leg presses for the split squats and really focused on the quads.
The squats went well again with the onus on quads.... needless to say, today was one of those take the stairs backwards day.
Im off tomorrow and plan on doing some cardio to keep things going.
The food intake is really starting to kick in. Yesterday was a high day and TBH, I was hungry by bedtime! I didn't act on it... but definitely could've chomped down some pancakes!
I reckon that's it for now.
