I know every body has different goals and plans
on how ro achieve them but I was wondering , not scientifically, how many calories you dudes consume when bulking up? Like I said I know everyone has different shapes n sizes etc.This is just an off the cuff poll and could be interesting.

4000+ was my maintenance level for many years. %000-6000 was what i ate for growth. More calories then that and my digestive system would get to stressed.
 
I use my fitness pal as a tracker. It does show the amount of calories recommended and the amount that I've consumed. But honestly I let the macros guide my eating. My coach sets the numbers and I find the GOOD, HEALTHY, foods to meet them, sometimes the calories match the recommendations, and sometimes they don't.
I'm certain at some level, matching them all is a must... Luckily for me, I'm not quite there yet.
 
I used ChatGPT recently to help calculate my TDEE. Went through a few Q&A and came up with a TDEE around 3,750. Cutting 3250 (-500) and lean bulking would be 3,950-4,100 (+200 to 350).

This is about what I guestimated my TDEE by tracking weight loss daily over 12-16 weeks along side constant strick calorie counting.

Most recent bump which will go in the log tomorrow was to 4800 cals on training day. In turn I also hope the cardio comes down😂
 
Between 5000 and 6000 per day for a proper bulk.
Around 4000 for a much slower and more moderate bulk.
Around 3500 calories is my maintenance.
