I Wanna start TRT but im a little scared

I have been wanting to start a cycle for awhile now but the side effects scare the hell out of me.

Let me ask, how many of you actually get the side effects? which ones? how bad? and is there a way to take something else to NOT get them?

Sorry for all the noob questions I tried searching and saw some info but not all these together

You starting in the right place as there should be a healthy fear when is comes to AAS.

I am going to assume you mean TRT being that was in your title. Depending on your current stats, start with a bit of test. Run that for 4 weeks, go get blood work. Post the bloodwork here and ask for recommendations on reading your blood work, deleting all PHI. This will allow you to dial in your AI. Most folks around here recommend Aromosin over Adex. Dial in your AI dose, if even needed.

Then you can start to look at cycles if that is what you want and it fits your goals. Start with low test only cycle, 300-500 mg, do the same as above to dial in AI. Second cycle run the test a bit higher. Third cycle, add an additional compound if desired. From there, only introduce one new compound per cycle so you know how your body reacts and what compound to adjust if things go sideways.
 
I had my bloodwork done, my Test is 434 and im 41 years old.. so not considered LOW but not on the highest mark either

I’ve had mad acne that left terrible scaring that’ll never go away unless I do one of those high end laser treatments. Went from lion’s mane to as bald as I would’ve been at 50 in my 20s, grew titties I had surgically cut out for which I paid a few grand, can’t get anything pregnant which is a good thing for me… about it aside of the little shit like high blood pressure some times and high cholesterol… you should be ight

You need to fix your diet first and lose some weight.

From cycling, you mentioned you wanted to cycle in your post. You can get sides from anything though it’s all individual, it also depends where you are when you start, your cholesterol, triglycerides and a1c/glucose are already sketch on nothing. So imagine.
 
I'm just lost on all of it.. the things claimed to be health aren't etc and I like to work out but energy wise I dont have the steal to do it

Just get up and do it. I don’t know what your Testosterone levels are since that’s not on the bloodwork posted, but everyone who doesn’t feel like doing stuff thinks the solution is TRT or a Cycle. Ever heard the saying a body in motion stays in motion and a body at rest stays at rest? I was bed ridden maybe a total of 5-6 days due to some health issues I had, like 3-4 of those in the hospital and when I got out I didn’t feel like cooking and meal prepping nor working out at all. It took about a week to finally force my ass to get up and go train and I’m on Testosterone that’s not the problem or solution. I train 6x a week and love being in the gym, probably my favorite thing to do and being in a 5 day streak of essentially not doing anything made not want to do it anymore. Now imagine guys who don’t work out for years or at all… you’ll never “want” to do it. Just do it man. If your levels are low then start some TRT, clean up the diet you don’t need some advanced diet plan, you know what foods are shit and which aren’t start swapping some things out, same goes with drinks. You’ll see great progress quickly.

Track your food for 3-4 days and see exactly how many calories you are consuming. I can tell by your bloods your diet is a mess, and you are overweight just by looking at your height/weight.
 
As far as drinks ALL I drink is water literally, nothing else, no energy drinks etc.

As far as diet what are some of the best foods to look at? as far as Test my levels are 434
 
Your test levels are near 500. That isn't the problem as the problem is you have no idea what you're doing. First things first. Get an idea of how much you are eating a day calorie wise. Track your food for 3-4 days and see exactly how many calories you are consuming. I can tell by your bloods your diet is a mess, and you are overweight just by looking at your height/weight.
So my calorie intake is 1600, to lose weight should I go lower?

Your bloodwork lets me know that your diet can use some dialing in, mainly the cholesterol aspect. At 5'6" 186, you should focus on trimming your fat percentage down before a cycle as high BF does worsen sides (if you're prone to them), specially the aromatization aspect. It should go without saying, working out is a must - a good cardio & weight lifting routine should be in place before even considering a cycle.

You say your energy is low but your natural test is fairly good will means that the lack of energy/motivation doesn't necessarily stem from low test issues - a cycle will not fix this.

Have a stable foundation (body composition, lifting, cardio, diet, sleep, mitigating stress, etc.) before your first cycle and it'll be a lot better in terms of results and mitigating sides. That is my advice.
 
What’s your current diet at 1600 calories daily? Post a full day of eating. As well as macronutrient split. How much protein, how much carbs, fats etc
No breakfast
usually ham sandwich or hot pocket for lunch while im working
Dinner my girl cooks, usually Rice / beans and some form of meat, Steak or Chicken sometimes fish but rare... sometimes the chicken is baked sometimes friend and IF I get hungry again ill grab something at night like cereal. I also mid day snacking each cookies or whatever sweets that I SOOOOOOOOOOO shouldn't be eating

Give us an idea of how you eat. List everything you ate yesterday.

So you have no idea how much you eat in a day as far as calories or macros. How did you come up with 1600?
