Amazon is the best place to get any combo of syringe and needle, and the prices are wayyyy cheaper than anyone I've dealt with.

Hit Legs a day early, with only a couple weeks to go I’m really pushing to try and get 405 for for atleast 6 before this cycle ends. On smith machine and possible Free bar. Inching my way closer.

Been getting really tired of eating my meals lately and been craving “bad foods” still been 90% to my diet but think I’m just OVER eating so much of it.. ’ll try Any ground chicken/turkey meals recommended at this point 😂
 
Food is the worst part of the whole thing.............
Im cramming in 8700kcals a day. Be glad to drop back to 6500kcals

You want a stretch after chest.... Do Doggcrap stretch. YEEEE HA!!!!
Basically you take a pair of heavy DBS do a flat or 20 degree incline .....
and do a fly... but only go to the stretch... now. Hold it there for as long as possible.
If I remember right I think DC said 90 seconds.
For an example I use 75# DBs, drop into the stretch and hold it.... I can change the intensity buy extending my arms out a little bit.
Im not sure if Dante has his DC protocol on the WWW....I'll look later.
