Casey and the sunrise crew reached out and asked if I’d log there new blend.. Have used sunrise gear in the past and had nothing but good results so I jumped on the opportunity!

Power Mass Blend consist of:
200mg test cyp
100mg Mast e
100mg Tren e

Was told to not pull any punches and Log it how I see it…

Plan is 3 cc a week split MWF.. I am currently bulking and still plan to do so.. Starting Calories will be 4,800 a week and go up from there. Volume for for weak points will be increased as the weeks go on..

I am currently working around some aches and pains so joined a new gym with some badass equipment so I did change up majority of my workouts but sets and reps still the same. Will make adjustments as I go! May post pics if I’m feeling Froggy! 🤷‍♂️

No Pip.... NICE! I was wondering if there would be PIP because thats a lot of hormone in 1 shot. 400mg usually has a tad of PIP. Awesome, cant wait until the 4-6 week mark!!!

Weighed in 227lb Monday, as for body fat % I’m guessing 14-15 tops.. was 20 last year, NEVER AGAIN 😂

Goal is growth, I know tren is for cutting, but will be putting the food down attempting to grow..If I add 10lbs and drop some bf Id be satisfied.. Will be doing 3cc a week, so 600 test c, 300mast e, 300tren e..

100% know plenty of guys that mutated on some test/tren and food. I understand the prep deal, but I feel that’s more under the idea of growing on safer compounds instead of harsher ones, but the Trenbolgna will make you grow just the same.

I agree, im not a fan of people using tren at all unless there stepping on stage.
None of my guys I train are on it (that I know of).
BUT, Nood just had bloods done. So he's taking his health seriously.. so im not worried hes gonna die.
The majority of this board is comprised of older folks like myself, who have no need for a Trenbologna sammie. Nothing wrong with that at all.
The younger you are, the more you can get away with harsher compounds IMO. Bloodwork is key
Nood Isn't a Tren virgin he told me.. so why not!
 
Also be getting bloods at 6 weeks just to make sure I can keep pushing it.. It’s a nice piece of mind. If you can’t afford the blood work, wait until you can before sticking yourself.

One arm bent over rows I dont think Ive ever taken them out of my back W/O ... Ever..They always worked for me.. I just be sure to brace myself on the DB rack real good to avoid lower back pain/strain. Another solid W/O Nood! still no PIP... this is good news (y)

I mean the Machines are nice and all but I can always hear the free weights calling my name 😂 have just been cautious the passed month trying to heal up and it’s been working.. good thing because it was getting depressing! Band warmups/exercises and Shoulder Pendulums 👍
 
@Nood looks like this log is off & running!! That is a very interesting blend. Should be a good follow. Really great too hear there is no PIP for you. That some good chemistry. With 4800 cals & going up you should hit your markers on the growth side.

Hope it happens! Thanks for following along 🍻 was alittle worried about the PIP but Sunrise Pharma has some quality gear, had faith it would go in smooth!
