Absolutely. I feel like I’ve been scammed by all these other steak chains and the bar is so high now I’ll probably never order a steak again at those places.You can’t beat a properly cooked steak by a real chef!

Brazilian steakhouses can be amazing if you find the right ones. How was that steak compared to the other night? Picanha is one of my favorites that’s not as well known.Weekend in Dallas been great, managed to keep about a 1500 cal cushion in my diet for dinner. Chose a Brazilian steakhouse, (never been to one) and they did the bring you the different cuts of meat in rotation to your table… I didn’t know that’s how this worked. Filet mignon wrapped in bacon, ribeye, filet mignion, sirloin, picanha, lamb etc and for the price of the dinner I had to eat. You pay a certain price per person no matter what, 60+ each to start came out to over 200. Soooo let’s just say my protein intake for today is about 1,000 grams View attachment 164324

Been mia a bit on the log, still been working just dealing with life and work. Blew up quite a few pounds after the cowboys game weekend, but we’re back on track dropping weight. Checked in Saturday, coach lowered macros and up the cardio. New macros moving forward P225 C 215 F55 on Training days C195 on off days. +40 min cardio per week. Just hit a great push session, will hit cardio in a minute. Adding SLU-PP-332 pwo @500mcg should’ve taken it pre weights and hit cardio right after, but I forgot all about itdoing cardio at home now.
The weight after 1 meal was due to work. Working nights started last night. Finished all my food by 5pm yesterday didn’t get off till 5am so technically ate todays 1st meal as soon as I got home before bed. Weight was 182.7 ate slept 3 hours woke up 181.2 meal timing should improve moving forward.

Everybody is different just be mindful taking it too late in the afternoon. I used to split my dosing and noticed it was giving some insomnia sides that subsided when I took the full dose in the morning pre cardio.Cutting aid. I’ve been on off the board for a while, just recently started logging in again. Back story had a 2-3 months hiatus from training, dieting and gear. My job and lifestyle sort of finally caught up to me and just didn’t have it in me to keep waking up at 1am to train, meal prep and then hit a 15hr shift, which is something I had been doing for the past 3 years.
I let it slide for a week or so, figured eventually I’d get back into rhythm and simply just never did. DoorDash became my best friend fucking fat ass LOL, so long story short, lost pretty much most my size, by disregarding diet entirely and not even keeping up with TRT which I’m stuck on for life.
Jay cutler was the bodybuilder I looked up to when I was younger and major reason I pursued training, therefore the reasoning behind the “2009” in the title for those thinking it’s 2024 you fucking idiot LOL if you know you know..
We’re back in the gym now, PPL split, 1 day off and a carb cycling diet with a goal of 20min cardio 6x a week. This will be a cut phase as we got fat asf.
Hormones: 500mgs of Testosterone per week.
Diet will be tracking macros not calories then making adjustments as I lean out.
Low day (Non training days) 240p, 0c, 84f
Medium day (training days) 240p, 175c, 56f
High day 240p, 600c, 0f
Starting weight 205lbs
Anyhow, nice to be back fellas
