What's the magic trick your fitness fanatics use to keep your meals warm during these freezing months? I've been using this nifty device that plugs into my dashboard or auxiliary power output for years, and it's been a total game-changer. Perfect for stews, chicken, steak, or whatever else you can fit in a Tupperware container. So, what's your secret to keeping your food warm and toasty?

I shove it in my pants when I do cardio. Food is nice and warm at the end with some extra flavor 😁😂

Front dashboard heat on high during morning traffic meal 3. Park facing the sun meal 4.
Reheat dashboard heat on high meal 5 . Easy

I have the same plug in pack, not sure if the same but similar. Not the best, but it works. I also have a small microwave. Lately there’s been microwaves at work, so haven’t had to do anything fancy. Fuck eating food cold.

So at my work we have a microwave so I'm okay but I will still eat my oatmeal cold I guess I'm a Savage that way

I just eat food cold 💪
Good grief, you're one of those rugged, caveman types, aren't you? As for me, why bother going through the hassle when my meal's already hot and ready to devour? I mean, eating cold chicken is so last season. It's not like it's going to earn you any macho points, haha. Just eat your meal warm, it's way more enjoyable, and it's not like it's going to kill you to wait a few seconds. Who in their right mind wants to chow down on cold stew in the middle of winter? Ha! The meal is literally served, haha. 😋🍛🤙

When it comes to oats, I'll definitely eat them cold, sometimes I'll eat them dry, I'll open my mouth dump a shitload in, and then wash it down with water..

Oh yeah dude I love cold oats something I never thought I would do when I was younger but as I got older I love it

100% precisely, it's entirely unnecessary eating it cold in the winter, for myself, I work literally either on or blocks away from the ocean, sometimes it's so cold that the bay is frozen.. There's no way I'm going to sit there and be outside in the cold weather, and then eat cold food..

Hell yeah, plus it's fast and easy and you don't get his bloated when you're eating a huge bowl of puffy ass oats hahah

It used to be a couple minutes on the engine block but now everything is plastic so now it’s a couple minutes under the floor vent and heat cranked all the way up.

This too right here, this works wonders, it may not make it super hot, but it certainly changes the viscosity of the food, the oils and dressings. What's that saying from Wrigley spearmint gum - pure chewing satisfaction! Hahahah

That's actually not a bad idea, with putting it behind the backseat of the truck right on the floor. That's pretty brilliant I haven't thought of that one..
This plug-in lunch box really works wonders, sometimes it gets a bit too hot.

Eat it cold like a savage.
Fuck that man, I can't.
With the temperatures where I'm at, it sucks.. haha..
But I do do it, and I have done it, but I do have the option not to and that's the part I like the most..

When I was in college, I had a motorcycle and had to use it all year round being strapped for cash, so I would take my next meal and place it next to the engine and shit was nice and hot when I got to school regardless of the weather. lol

Damn bro you're an absolute gladiator, There's no way I could ride a motorcycle in those types of weather conditions.
This is a stupid question, but I got to ask you, fucking how cold was it bro?

Long Island in the Winter. Had this big puffy suit that you climb into and zip up. Looked like a fake ass Stay Puff Marshmellow Man. As long as there was no ice I remember riding in 20–30-degree weather. lol I was young and fucking stupid, how I'm alive I don't know.

Not too far away from me, so I can completely understand and relate to the frigid and cold weather.
Just trying to imagining this, but I'm picturing is something from the world war II era how the side gunners who manned the 50 cal in the b17 must have looked like 🤣

If I'm home I'll cook hot, so moring and evening g are usually hot meals. That's why I take chicken on the road, don't mind it cold.

With vegetables and dressing, I have to have it somewhat warm..

For work what i did for decades was to put my food in my backpack and when it was time to eat i took it out and ate it. Was the easiest solution i found. Never had an issue. Warm might have been nice but was not required for the 5 minutes or so i was eating the meal. What ever works.

I’ve worn out a couple of those things, they’re pretty damn good.

Through out my career I’ve done it all. Cold food, heater/defrost and until the plug in lunch box I did this.

When i still built pipelines, we would wrap our food in foil and set it on the engines of equipment, always worked good. Also always seemed to work with guys from south Louisiana, and they would always have some sort of homemade grill or wok, som some of the best food i have ever at came off of stuff like that.

Nowadays I have a microwave in my office.

I just eat them at room temp or cold. 🤷
