oh. looked into it i thought hctz was potassium sparing but its not so i think i should probably add in some potassium

potassium daily recommended value is like 5 grams. how the hell are you supposed to get that much? even the little supplements are like 100mg. are people taking 50 of those a day?

been at my parents house all weekend so i been halfassing. had the best food ever at an indian restaurant in atlanta yesterday. hit chest today with some old friends. u can tell im losing a good bit of definition. did lateral raises with dumbbells instead to mog the gym since i was just on a day pass. think it was 55s for 8 or 9. actually clean form for the first 4 or 5

went through some derek lunsford videos and looking at his back has inspired me to pick it up a bit on my back training moving forward. i forgot how cool back can look

Cooked spinach: One cup of cooked spinach contains 840 mg of potassium.

Baked potato: A medium baked potato with the skin on contains 926 mg of potassium.

youre gonna have to eat a little healthy! just a little. 5 cups of spinach should get you close.

sometimes youre fine until you arent! kinda like a car, dont change the oil until 15k miles once? probably alright. couple more times, mmm no issues should be okay.

start getting closer to closer to 100k miles on it and it might not be so fine after all.

The goal for this log is to get big results with little work. I always see fellas on here hitting more sets than necessary. Not gunna say who but I saw a 60 set back day today 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫 So my goal is to get better results with fewer reps. I know most people take a volume approach here, trying to recruit them to the intensity faction. (That's wut the stupidass title means)

For this log I'll be running mid-high test, ment, and nandromix. Nandromix is an @aasdirect special of equal parts npp, test, mast, and tren. All short esters, which is great because you can hop off if it becomes too much. This is my first run with npp, so I may end up needing some breaks. This is also my first run with ment. I was going to save it til after halloween, but I'm starting it now because i read up on it a ton and don't want to wait 🤣

Starting dosages:
750 test
150 ment
1200 nandromix
5iu hgh (acquired seperately)
50mg halo 1mg mtren pre bench press

These dosages will likely shoft around a bunch as I get a better feel for these compounds, and I will likely add insulin after halloween once I've transitioned to a bulk stage. For right now, I'm "cutting." But really halfassing the cut, kinda recomping.

Training will consist of PPL.
I'n shooting to be out of the gym in less than an hour. preferably less than 45min. A little longer for legs. I want to do 1 set to failure for 4-6 movements, but was talked into doing 2 sets. Will do a third if I feel the muscle wasnt properly beat in the first 2.

Starting split:
push: bench, overhead vbar, vbar pushdown, flies, lat raise
pull: pullups, shrugs, barbell curl
legs: leg ext, front squat, ham curl, ab/adductors

Note: I will probably add a row into back day after shrugs. Just hate even thinking about rows. I dread them worse than squats nowadays. I'll also be training neck and forearms nearly every session. Boxing for 1hr 4 days a week.

That should sum it up. I'll be posting a daily entry here. Every workout will be logged. I'll let you guys decide if you want me to log diet or not. I know that part makes people a little angry when they read it some days 🤣

cts still bad. i decided to try a back day like most people do with little controlled movements and junk. not a huge fan. felt good at the time, but i doubt itll lead to any growth. i think thats the trap in this style of training. going to go back to just throwing the weight around. but maybe add in some more movements

perfect lighting and angles achieved. usually look way fatter and flatter

still got the cts. got some potassium coming in tomorrow, gunna spam that. added gh back in anticipation. i hit a really pussy leg day today using machines. slow and controlled like those instagram dweebs. leg ext, bad girl, ham curl, pin leg press, good girls. then some neck. legs honestly felt pretty decent from it. id prefer my aggressive overload approach, but gotta do what i can for legs.
