Just keep an eye on the oblique area. If it starts to get more washed out, maybe pull back a bit on cals.

I know you're playin, but nobody is gonna care or know if you are 220 or 210lbs. Wouldn't you rather look bigger at 210 than fatter at 225? Serious question.

hit my little instagramer leg day again. slow and controlled machine work. i gave it a shot at squats after. 0 back pumps 🎉 so maybe i can start pushing squats again. took it easy today and didnt go above 225 or near failure. hit neck curls, skipped forearms cuz ive got back day tomorrow and dont want a weak grip for my compounds

losing a ton of definition. arms are at 17.5 and legs are 25.5, but look 4 inches smaller than a month ago. oh well. still gunna get big for now. limb to torso length kinda goofy 😵‍💫 might have some subsaharan in me

major breakthrough. i made this tikka masala for probably a like 2 bucks. 1180 cals, 45 protein, and tasted good as fuck. definitely gunna have a positive impact on the bulk. its better than the only indian restaurant in town. maybe slightly behind on flavor but because they skimp on portions, id rather have this. and theirs is like 20 bucks for this amount.

back day went hard. i watched a bunch of yates stuff yesterday so i wanted to do yates rows and tbar rows. switched my pendlays for the yates rows. couldnt do tbar so i did a close grip cable row. kinda unfortunate. decided to go with compounds only for arms. did neck and back extensions, was at the gym for nearly 3hrs.

today i woke up 202 after having been 207 for a bit. i was lighter today cuz yesterday was my first day actually home cooking everything for a while. so out of frustration i had panda like @Meetketchup told me to do. and the back pain and hand cramps came back within hours. so i think im gunna try to stick to meal prepping everything (tikka masala 🤤) moving forward even though it means weighing less. obviously the extra weight i was carrying was just water anyway.
