Lmao dude I am the same always throw in one arm workout on non arm daysOk fuckers I’m back!!!! This mornings workout was harder than usual it was one of those mornings where it took half the workout just to get motivated, but I pushed through and got it done. Fuck I don’t feel like going to work. (Note to self Stop being such a PUSSY)
