what to avoid on anavar? supplements and other things to NOT TAKE?

I also take daily but can give it up if I have to...

nothing else goes into my body except food and water, no alcohol, cigs, etc.

I do have a binge eating thing at least once a week, all healthy just crazy amounts like having an extra 2500cals of Mac n cheese late at night etc

I have never had any ill reactions to anything I have taken supplement or medication wise.

Oh another Q, can I take it empty stomach soon as I get up but I don’t take the n2guard until about 4hrs later in the day and then the other half of the n2guard again at dinner? Or should I have the n2guard same time in the morning w it?

Don't sweat the timing brother or over complicate it. Just take the var with your morning coffee etc. Var is very easy on your organs and 20mg is a very low dose for a male.

You may not need it but I'd suggest having Taurine powder on hand. You can order it anywhere and it's dirt cheap. I get mine from amazon. In the event anavar gives you low back pumps or muscle pumps/cramps elsewhere the taurine will greatly help. Also an electrolyte supplement is a good idea. Again, you can get them anywhere. Lastly, magnesium capsules is nice to have. I take 420mg or 500mg (depending on the cap dose) every day before bed. You can also take it during the day but it can make you feel relaxed. Not sleepy per say but relaxed. It can rly help any muscle tension/cramps etc. Out of everything I just listed taurine is king. Take say 4 grams pre workout or u can take 2-4 grams through out the day as needed. Taurine has tons of benefits on top of what I mentioned. I rarely workout without taking at least 2 grams pre workout. Even on just test I'll get calf pumps during cardio but with taurine on board I have zero issues. All the above are cheap and worth picking up :)

Side note of basic info: If you want to gain weight you need to be in a calorie surplus. If you want to lose weight then you need to be in a calorie deficit. Both these require you to know what your maintenance calories are which is the amount of calories your body uses in a day that allows you to not lose weight or gain weight. If you're at maintenance or in a surplus there is a high probability that your binge night is getting stored as fat bc ur body doesn't have anything else to do with it. If you're in a deficit and you've been in one for some time then you can probably get away with over eating for a day bc ur body is going to refill your glycogen stores in your liver, muscles etc. This is all subject to genetics, muscle mass, metabolism, digestion, what you're running etc. With that being said your body can only process so much food at a time regardless of what your caloric state is and 2500 calories is a lot if you're already at maintenance or surplus prior to. I learned all this the hard way. I use to do "cheat meals" and I finally realized my genetics kinda suck and I was rly doing my self a disservice and cutting into progress. Now, if you're just trying to get big and aquire what ever form of weight you can bc ur a skinny guy then you can essentially just tuck that information away for a rainy day bc it doesn't apply to your current situation. There is more to it than what I've mentioned and it's more complex than I've mentioned but my approach here was to touch on some basics in the hope that it can help you.

Lastly I'll leave you with this thought. Think of your fitness goals as 60% diet, 30% training and 10% anabolics. So if that 60% isn't there then you're basically getting only 40% potential progress. I now have a coach and it's the best decision I ever made in regards to getting my fitness goals on point :)

You're good on all your sups with Var.Var is my fav oral. I've not had any poor interactions with any sups & my list is easily 2X yours

Var is pretty mild and seems to be tolerated with just about all foods, vitamins and minerals.

So you’re taking Anavar without testosterone?

If you take anabolics they will shut your natural production down. It wouldn’t matter if you were taking 15 or 50 mgs.
 
Bro you should not be worrying about these over the counter supps interacting with your various. You should be running a testosterone base. Your results will be 10x and you will feel way better. I suggest you do some research and get over your fear of sticking a needle in you butt cheek. Lots of bros to help you on this board. Good luck!
 
well 4days in and every morning shit has been like soft serve ice cream out of that self serve thing at a Buffett with tons of undigested corn and some other vegetables. I eat the exact same things every day which is about 4-5lbs of veggies, rice, lettuce and have pretty normal shits. my stomach is gurgling a little bit right now as I type this. I suppose this is killing all the flora in my GI?
I will say first impression is during my 2hr cycling I feel like my head is clearer and the time goes by like nothing. seriously its a grind doing what I do for 2hrs and now I feels like its 30mins total. way more mental energy. absolutely no pumps, not even a little. dont know how to explain that time perception difference tho....

I was gonna warn you about the cramping with Var especially since you say you’re an endurance athlete. Anavar use to give me nasty ass muscle cramps. So bad in fact that I ended up not using it at all while fighting because I obviously couldn’t risk cramping up while I’m rolling with someone. After all these years I finally used Var again and I loved the results.

hi there, no I havent done epo even tho thats pretty much the #1 thing for cyclists. The anavar is really exactly what I wanted for its characteristics, it supposedly tells kidneys to increase epo and rbc as well, Cleary not as much as taking epo straight up but im in the realm of marginal gains where tiny improvements show right up.

mr big puppy, yes I am unfortunately vegetarian and on a lower protein diet approx 80-90g due to some strange, long term, undiagnosed kidney issue when I would eat animal meat or daily amounts of any type of protein excess of 130g I would have very achey kidney pain for a few days and sometimes I would urinate extremely painful white bits then once it passed I would be back to normal until the next time I ate a 30oz steak etc. but when plant based and sub 100g I have zero issues. another thing that this leads into.....

I have noticed a large increase of "ghost hairs" in my urine and its slightly darker color all 6-9times per day (well over a gallon a day intake every single day no changes since starting this). No pain but it is something like a 2-4x increase in the past 48hrs. I'll snap a pic here in an hour. surely someone on here knows what this is, been to a half dozen urologists 6/7years ago all said blood tests etc showed kidneys fine tho......
 
ok so this time it was back to my "normal" amount of "ghost hairs" it was tons of this stuff.

Hey I'm a little late on this one so I'll just ask...anyone got a word on Bulk Supplements Taurine powder? I used to get Aminos from them overseas...loved fuckin with the military mail guys.. every package was cut open on base and tested...at least I knew my shit was real!
