Nolvadex or Arimidex for Gyno? What's your vote?

I have always used Novadex if I had any signs of gyno. Never had a stubborn case that needed stronger meds.

Yes, Nolvadex has been known to reverse gyno. Nolvadex reduces breast volume in the case of gynecomastia. But it cannot completely remove breast tissue. This selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM), Nolvadex, is commonly used for the treatment of painful and severe gynecomastia.

Thanks for sharing your experience with Nolvadex for gyno. The choice between Nolvadex and Arimidex depends on individual circumstances, and both should only be used under medical supervision.

My go to has been a combo of Novla and caber. The only time I have gyno issues is when I get high E2 AND prolactin.

For me adding caber has been key.

Thanks for sharing your experience with using a combination of Nolvadex and caber for gyno. Caber can be effective in managing high prolactin levels, but its use should be under medical supervision.

Raloxifene is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) like Nolvadex, and it has been shown to be effective in reducing breast tissue in the case of gynecomastia.

Im running a RC sites Relox and I cannot stand it compared to Nolvadex... You can tell theres sides to it... Especially Stomach issues. Cant wait to get the funds back up so I can grab some nolva.
 
Nolva for 4 weeks after cycle for those who are not on TRT. Been in market for decades and proven that it will prevent gyno. Never had it so don’t know, but my family member that is a surgeon claims gyno is not irreversible with any drug. Surgery is the only way to

Does nolvadex reduce or control high estrogen levels in the same way AI does? Are people taking both if estrogen is an issue. I convert T to estrogen at a high rate and was prescribed AI. I know nolvadex reduces or helps with gyno but does it help lower E or do you need both to combat high E and gyno

Yes my brother. The internet posts that says nolva can completely revers gyno is 100% false. It helps to reduce and prevent but once you have gyno surgery is the only way to remove it all, if its visible or painful. This is a fact. Ive spoken to family and friend surgeons that actually preform the procedure. As far as any AI I say if your blood work does not show a significant spike in estrogen stay away from it.
