Main goal was a recomp.
Weight up 4 pounds
SMM up 8 pounds
BF % Down 4.5 %
I have one week left of the primo and then “just” the Test E
Overall very happy with progress
Followed a John Meadows(mt Dog plan)
4 weeks of legs 3x week
4 weeks of back 3x week
and then remainder of time, a more evenly distributed typical BB plan
