I don’t have an off season as I don’t complete and I’m taking it that asking about off season as in a bulk cycle.
It would be helpful to hear your stats. How long have you been cycling AAS, GH experienc, age, weight, ect. I’m pretty sure it’ll be hard for anyone to come in here without knowing that info and suggest 10-15iu ED without at least knowing some info about you.
Personally I’ve run GH at 10IU ED and had a LOT of side effects. I really don’t use GH in large amounts anymore and my sweet spot is 4iu daily. However, again I’m not competing or looking to do anything magical with GH these days. I live GH in a recomp and for cutting because I can really push the envelope and not lose a lot of muscle. That’s just my personal preference with GH.

If while you’re in your bulking cycle and you want to run GH, and you mentioned that you are getting sides at 5iu, then I would run GH at an dosage you don’t get sides and stick to AAS and your diet surplus.Yes bulk cycle. I just started using GH 7 weeks ago so dont have much experience. Started with 1.8 ius and was doing good at 3.6 but wanted to see if 4.5 would do more. Just made me tired and lethargic af.
Is it better to save the money and just stick to gear only for bulking?
Trying to get as big as possible but i hear gh doesnt really show muscle building effects until 6 months later because of the satellite cells or whatever. lol.

If you feel like shit than you’re going to train like shit… that’s my personal view. Whatever your view in this it sounds like you don’t have much experience with GH so take it slow brother.

I've never competed either but i plan on it next year. I actually have not tried that, i would just take it all at once in the am right when i wake up. Maybe i should split it between AM, pre -workout, and before bed? Going to give that a try today & see how i feel.Welcome brother. I don't compete but never gone higher than 6iu/day. Have you tried splitting your dose 2-3x per day? A lot of times that helps with lethargy.
From my personal experience and I’ve ran gh up to 12iu a day was that I didn’t see crazy “magic” from it until I threw slin in. It definitely helped was tighter did help get some fat off recovery and sleep were better I did feel better. But with that being said I really had to fight thru the sides. When I stopped running slin and just kept the gh I kept my dose at 4 iu a day and that was perfect. GH has its place but definitely isn’t the miracle drug most claim it to be.

That makes a lot of sense actually. LIttle scared of insulin since im still growing & making steady gains. Havent really had a plateau.

That's what I always did except I took my second dose a few hours before bed and not right before. There's a theory that your body puts out it's largest natural GH pulse shortly after falling asleep and pinning HGH too close to this time will blunt your natural GH pulse. It's believed that pinning a few hours before will allow your body to still take advantage of it's large natural pulse that occurs at night.I've never competed either but i plan on it next year. I feel like that would help just did it before fasted cardio rn going to do it before workout and before bed feel energetic today.Whether or not it was placebo effect I couldn’t tell but it helped me with sides

I've heard of that too but ive also heard you shouldnt take it with meals bcuz it will make you fat. Idk if thats true.
