Loving this experimental "old guy"cycle

Just had the day off and decided to share a cycle that is giving me almost the exact results I was looking for. Some of u know me- but for those who don't- I'm 58 and have been in the game awhile( over 35 yrs.on and off). Not saying I know it all or anything close- but I've done most aas at 1 time or another. Anyway was looking for something to add some strength- but not a lot of bloat or weight gain. Was just kinda getting bored (it's pretty easy when u've been lifting for 43 years- but I've been hooked ever since a girl said " u have big muscles- in 1978- and I ended up getting laid). That's another thread-lol. So.... I've been doing 750 test e, 300 deca, 50 mgs ed t- bol and 75 mgs proviron ed. I've gone from 195 to 205, but haven't gained hardly any fat( ie no old man "love handles" or belly pooch). As a matter of fact I've tightened my belt a notch. And I know, I know about the old rules of don't take 2 orals- but I take 25 mgs of provi pretty much daily while cruising and 100 deca for my joints. Not saying this is for everyone, but for me, at my age it has been almost exactly what I wanted. Just passed the 8 week mark- probably go another 8, but drop the t- bol and cut provi to 50. Nice to post after a break from the forum. Still figuring out the new format. And hope u guys are doing good. (A-font, multi, AR-15, z-man,Max,9tmare,MM and many more- getting "old timers disease" and can't remember all u guys). Can't forget Milly King. Anyway u guys know who u are- I hope- lol. Hope to be around at least a little- HR

Got a hard blow the other day,but I think of ALL that have fallen from various things,and realize just how lucky I've had it..
Brother,wish I could do more..I am pulled in so many directions when I'm out of bed and that's only Hours a week..The depression is surreal..But Gab is always with me,he is always right by my side..
Miss everyone on the Board,but I have my reasons why I'm away..

Add in some or all of these to help those organs liv 52, NAC, and if you can get it glutathione or at least some inositol and choline

Not old brother. I am 57 and still compete three times a year. Best feel good cruise on my TRT is 200test/200masteron and 25mg of proviron. Feel unbelievable. How long have you been on that TRT combo? Any concerns of dependency on Masteron for libido and/or it's anti-estrogen properties?
 
Ive been on this TRT combo for about 3 years. I do drop off the masteron for couple of months a year and not issues at all.

Hahhahahhahaha. Sounds like a “one-upper”. We all know “that guy”, he’s the guy that always has to have the last story, statement, or fact shared in a conversation. The best way to identify a “one-upper” is to tell a flat out lie or extremely embellished story and see what they have to say after it. 9 out of 10 times, they’ll come up with something to one-up ya.

I cant stand “one-uppers”.

Glad to see some older men sharing their information on lifting and such. As I’m in the 50 plus club.
I’m still lifting several days a week, but dang the body soreness takes forever to recover. Would you recommend a small dose of deca or NPP? Currently running GC Attip 1/2cc twice a week for TRT. Thanks!

I worked with not one but two 1-uppers in the same room. It’s entertaining to say the least. It does get old though having to hear story after story. A couple of us would just tell a random made up story just to hear those two one up the story and each other’s.

Good to see you back around more again buddy. You literally turned me onto proviron (preached it like scripture, and now I know why) and what a difference it has made. Keep bringing your experience and knowledge!

Sorry it took so long to respond man. Don't know if u will see this or not- but I would recommend deca for any joint issues. It doesn't take much- only problem is it takes awhile to start helping- 3 to 4 weeks in my experience. It really has made a BIG difference in my pain and recovery time. And IF it causes any dick problems- for me easily solved w/ my never-go- w/o friend proviron. Good luck bro!

Thanks for the reply hot rod! It sure is nice hearing and learning from guys like yourself.

I have heard and read a lot about the benefits of Proviron, but I’m a little hesitant because it may cause high DHT and advance my hair loss. But then again the older I get the less I care about superficial stuff.
 
My current contest prep cycle is 700mg Test and 400mg Deca. Great blood pressure, fasting glucose and estrogens/prolactin not out of range (a wee bit with E2 but nailing it with exemestane).
I feel good, dropping fat and keeping muscle.
So simple but effective.

Is that sort of dose normal?! That seems unbelievably high. I've never gone beyond 250mg test EW and I got pretty damn big and strong. Bench was 225x32 reps..
5'8" 220lbs. I believe I was stacking CJC-1295 and GHRP-6 at that time as well. The good ole days with datbtrue. 😁

I can't imagine myself at 700mg test... Honestly.

How long have you been doing that mix to gain 10lbs?
 
Yeah man- I do the 750 test for 16 weeks. Then take a few months off. Still do 200 test, 1- 150 deca and 25 proviron while cruising. But I've been doing juice on and off for 36 years. Don't always do 750- but I have done 1500 back in the day( not for everyone). I switch it up ALOT. It takes experimentation to figure out what works for YOU- and what your goals are- and how old u are- and those all changed FOR ME w/ age. Anyway- maybe try 500 test sometime. U might like it. ( my first cycle was 500 test, 50 mgs d- bol and 50 mgs of var and I gained 33 pounds- but my diet was shit and I looked like the Michelin man-lol. Good luck to u bro- if u see this-HR

I appreciate your insights. 500mg test EW is definitely not for me. I don't want to have to get a new wardrobe and I really don't need to be at that size. I'm 5'8" 210lbs and I have a soft 6-pack (I'm still cutting) and I'm at 160-200mg test EW and it's already difficult finding clothes that fit. I need more dress clothes and I'm sure they'll have to be tailored and it's just a real pain in the ass to be honest. 👍👍
