How many meals you fellas eating daily? How far out do you spread them?

6 meals a day . every 3 hours
Same here. I workout in the evening, so there's breakfast when I wake up, 2 & 3 are evenly spread, 4 right before the gym, 5 right after, 6 before bed. My evening meals tend to be spread out however time sees fit

my schedule too... on days i dont train i drop carbs from meal 5 and replace cals with fat,,,

I do something similar, I lower the carbs on off days but can't drop them entirely anymore without going hypo. I lower the carbs all day and replace with fat calories. Seems to be working out alright thus far

I need to get my ass in doing some fasted cardio though so I can get this fat off
 
6 meals a day right now. When I have the time for a very rigorous scheduled diet I do 7.
 
2 big macs is 2 meals, right?!? Jk

5 meals non trainning days 2-3hrs apart no carbs

6 meals on trainning days , carbs after trainning
 
Non training days - 8
Training days - 9

Spaced 2-3 hours. 2 of those meals are "snacks" like 5 boiled eggs or 4-6oz jerky.
 
7 meals a day 2 hours apart except for pre bed meal
