Same here. I workout in the evening, so there's breakfast when I wake up, 2 & 3 are evenly spread, 4 right before the gym, 5 right after, 6 before bed. My evening meals tend to be spread out however time sees fit6 meals a day . every 3 hours

I do something similar, I lower the carbs on off days but can't drop them entirely anymore without going hypo. I lower the carbs all day and replace with fat calories. Seems to be working out alright thus farmy schedule too... on days i dont train i drop carbs from meal 5 and replace cals with fat,,,
