Today was Chest & Arms day. I’ve gone back up a few pounds in weight but probably just water retention. Just trying to stay on course and consistent.

Back and biceps with power-clean start
Power cleans 5x10x10x12x10x8
BB bent over row 5x10x8x8x6x6
Lat pull down 6x16x10x10x10x10x10
Lat front pull machine 4x10
Db Rev flys 4x16
Db concentrated curl 4x16x10x10x10 superset with db hammer curl 4 x failure
Bb concentrate curl 4 x 12
Preacher curl 4 sets
Seated calf raises 4 sets
Standing claf raises-squat rack-225lbs
Decline sit-up weighted 25lbs 4 sets
Crunches 4 sets

Pretty short leg day. Was in a rush cause I have work Christmas party tonight and also still in quite a bit of pain. Did mostly supersets. Adductors, leg curls, leg extensions, calve raises and then did leg presses until it was time to go like 5 or 6 sets. Definitely enough to wreck my legs and get them swollen. Ready for body to be back to 100% but still making best of it

How often do you do cardio and for how long?
I have metal rods and pins in my right tibia and fibia from an accident in 2022. I cant run like i wish i could so im limited due to impact issues on the knee and ankle.. but I do cardio 3x a week- after workouts usually..I do the row machine for 10-20 minutes-or eliptixal for 45 second sprints with 30 second rests for 20 minutes total.. also I do calisthenics high Intensity at home or jump rope at home but its random times.. the work I do is allot of cardio -i do contruction-anything from concrete work to hanging sheetrock so cardio isn't necessary for me --i feel that way sometimes anyway haha..

Good shit bro..how old are you if u dont mind me asking?? Im 38.. idk if u have an experience with hgh or hgh peptides but im thinking about getting into it. Do you have an opinion on what's better or if one is better than the other..o viously the real is better but for mass..any suggestions

My wind is up crazy-recovery time is faster between sets- muscle is definitely bigger but more defined.. getting leaner and strength is crazy for only running the little amount of test that im on.. after this comp regardless of where I stand I the competition with others im gonna run a bulk cycle. Know ive said it before but if I didnt see this competition on this forum I wouldnt be going as hard as I am in the gym and watching my diet the way I am. Thank you YMS for the motivation amd everyone else thats in the competition and on ASF.

Gym is starting to look empty. There were only two people there. I can't wait for first week of January when everybody comes in with new outfits, shoes and exercises that I've never seen before setting up tripods and filming it. The good news is that they are usually gone in a week or two lol.

I fuckin hate it bro.. I cant stand people with their tripods making a fuckin reality show talking on their cell phones-taking up space in a spot that is in the middle of everybody-thinking that theyre important.. get the fuck out of my way and go hang yourself with your pink sweat towel and video that shit..
Its not everyone that records their shit that bother me--just the ones who spend more time on their gadgets in the way than actually putting in work-strictly relying on tren for their 6 packs at 20 years old ...
I stopped going to 1 of the local gyms here bc it's like a fuckin fashion show.. id love going In there after work-covred in dry cement work boots and a dirty tee but it just got to be too much for me..it was like planet fitness..socially I mean..--i get it-not everyone is at the gym to workout-lol- but get out of the way for people who are there to utilize the gym for what it is...
