Thank you for the responses Bolan! You may have hit the nail on the head.
On a moderate stack of test cyp @ 200mg / tren enan 200mg week. Started in March after several years of unhealthy lifestyle, zero lifting, got skinny-fat again. I'm a small person, ectomorph, 5' 7". Dieted the wrong way down to 139lbs in '22, and lost all my lean gains from the previous 20 years. Then went back up to ~157lb...fat again. Today I am still 157lbs, but around 12-15% BF and maybe 80% of my lean mass came back. Oh, also geriatric at 60yo.
I focus on protein and avoid carbs because carbs give me horrible stomach cramps and constipation. When I do have carbs, they are whole grain oats, rice, etc. Nothing processed or highly glycemic. I also stay in a slight deficit, trying to maingain / recomp. Have read accounts from others saying one can gain lean tissue and lose fat simultaneously on tren, even in a deficit. That was true for the first few months when BF% was still high (> ~15%). Since June, body weight has been the same and not seeing any difference in the mirror or in strength (up or down). I know fat loss and lean gains slow down, but these have completely flat lined. I would be okay with no lean gains provided fat was still disappearing, or vice-versa. All I have left is lower back fat, which I have never once been able to shed.
If there's no synergy with YK, I'll skip it. It's was the myostatin inhibiting properties and the photo of the overly muscular bull which had me considering this. lol
I'm sure you can tell I don't really know what I'm doing, but I am trying to learn! And absolutely I appreciate your input!
