Is there any nutritional person here who is reasonable with pricing to help me dial in my diet? Been at this over 35 yrs but my diet has always suffered so anyone interested in helping me i would appreciate it thanks guys

Nutrition is the simplest part of the whole "bodybuilding" equation. Golden age guys essentially ate keto and still produced phenomenal physiques. Just get ur protein in and don't be hungry... Past that I guess hire a coach if you so helpless or lazy to even figure out what foods have protein

You may want to check the temperature of the room before continuing with this level of dickedness. No one agrees with your attitude and this is still a forum of respect. If you have no value to add, then you have the option to not post a comment. It's a legit question by a respected member. Don't put people down just so you feel better about yourself. Sometimes people ask questions to learn just like you did at some point in your life.
 
Some people use a bodybuilder meal service to gain ideas, structure, etc…


First thing to do is establish your current macros with an app that keeps you at your current weight and BMI

From there, create a plan that builds off those numbers, most people eat way less quality than they think and way more junk than the think.

I find the easiest thing is to keep it very simple at first

Choose one animal protein you like
Rice or potatoes
Fruit for dessert
Some sort of veggies

And eat that same thing everday for a while to establish discipline before you change things up.

For instance I posted in the what you eating tonight thread

Over roasted turkey from Costco
I slice into bite sized pieces and store in the refrigerator in glass container
Every morning about 5am I make basmati rice with Thai sirachi sauce olive oil, a dollop of butter

I add 3/4-1lb of turkey to a pan with rice and crack a couple of eggs over that and spice with some carne asada blended spices

And voila I have the days food done in 30 minutes, all fresh and easy to go, pack into glass lunch container with a snap lid and I’m golden

Sometimes I swap the turkey for grilled sirloin cooked barley at medium rare so when you reheat in the pan with rice and eggs and or veggies it doesn’t get tough and over done

These simple ideas and may or may not be for everyone, however established discipline opens the door for better or more creative ideas down the road

I'm not a body builder and have never had the desire to be one. Its just not my thang, but you don't have to compete in body building or even want to be a body builder in order to want to obtain better physical fitness. There are alot of body builders here, but the majority are just members that want to be healthier, feel better, and maybe live a couple of extra days. Keep it up brother. You'll get there.

Nutrition is 100% the most complicated part of all this. Lift weights, shoot drugs, easy. Eat the same thing every single day and make caloric adjusments every week based off of looks is not easy, and im guessing you prob couldnt make it through day 2 of this kind of structure talking shit like a fucking child. What do you contribute besides being an ass? Nothing Dude is asking for help. Go back to your "gooning" faggot.

Chat GPT dialed in my diet and I went from 19% Bf to 10.6% in 4 months.
