Wish me luck

I don't generally post a lot of stuff about my health issues because I never really had any up until a couple of weeks ago.
I started peeing blood about three weeks ago give or take, and saw the doctor. Doc put a camera up there and told me I have bladder cancer.
We scheduled surgery and today is the day. Im heading in at 1245 and there will be at least a 23 hour stay.
IDK what else they will do as there was talk of possible stents to my kidneys and I definitely get the wardrobe change to a Foley catheter and leg bag for a minute.
Hopefully it will go well, then I wait to see what type and stage. Im hopeing they get that done quick so I know which way to go. I either buckle up for the long run... or get ready for the party and the long list of go fuck yourself letters to some people!
Either way... catch you guys soon... I hope!
Prayers your way!

Morning weight is the same as yesterday's @ 166.8. I'm ok with that because its not a loss! The couple of fasted tests they had me set for definitely took their toll and pulled me out of the 170's.
The upside is that I was able to work out the other day and hope to start doing it regularly again, thus hopefully prompting an uptake in appetite and gains.
The infusion center here is starting to work my last nerve. It's 0840, I saw the Doc at 0700 for literally 15 minutes... and now I'm sitting here waiting for the scumbags in the pharmacy to send the fuckin poison up and start my infusion. They don't seem to get it or care that 1. I'm a fucking employee here. 2, I am not getting paid when im not at work because I used all my time. 3, I will get up and leave and then sick the Doctor on them. You'll be surprised how motivated Doc can get when he's about to lose his cut of $15,000 payday!
They cost me just shy of $400.00 bucks the last time I was here between the 4 hours of lost pay and co-pays and I am fixing to get up and walk in about 10 more minutes.
The thing that really pisses me off is that... God forbid I was 15 minutes late. The policy is you are canceled and charged for the visit... so maybe I should back charge them for my lost time. My infusion was to start at 0720... its 0845 and all I have is an IV to show for my time!
I'll follow up later as I am fixing to pull this IV and split.

Well week 2 of Radiation is done! So far so good. I haven't had any effects, such as the extreme tiredness or skin rashes. I have noticed an increase in urinary frequency. But they say, that's what happens when they nuke your kidneys. I am a little upset over the fact that they fucked up my first cat scan. I had to do a second one, and that's when they decided that they would lay me on my stomach and nuke me from the back. All in all, I'm still not complaining. The weight has been making its way back up. And I am back in the 170s. It seems like I am going to have the neuropathies for quite some time, possibly for the rest of my life. This is so far the biggest pain in the ass, because it makes it difficult to even untie my shoelaces. I guess it's a good thing I'm not a surgeon or a piano player LOFL.
I had been having issues at the chemotherapy with them wasting hours and hours of my time, and after threatening to leave last week and speaking to the doctor I waited about twenty minutes for my last session, hopefully they will keep that going. I explained to the doctor that in the last two weeks between copay's and lost salary. It was costing me over $700. Here's where the first world problems kick in... there is grant money available for copays and stuff like that. But unfortunately, it seems like I make too much money. Imagine that!
Other than that, there it is. And I am off to work today. I have radiation tomorrow on a Sunday. Add an appointment with the doctor and i'm going to see if he has any information regarding progress and efficacy of treatment. I will post that up if there's anything to post about it. Otherwise have a great day guys. The tale of the scale in the pix below.
